The exceptional part is the customer service from all staff, always happy to help us. Beautiful guys too! Haha. We asked to move rooms because the street noise is terrible and I could only manage 3 hours sleep. They were prepared to accomodate us and move us to a quiet room, where I managed a solid 7 hours. Breakfast was small, simple and good. But I really wanted to get up and show them how to make a coffee (I’m a barista of 20yrs experience). I would recommend to stay here. But if you’re used to the quiet life. Ask for a room at the back. I do wish though that the smoke alarms did not flash a bright white light every 20 seconds.

Los chicos de recepción fueron super atentos, el.desayuno me gustó bastante y la zona del es tranquila y buena, se puden encontrar a un par de calles todo tipo de servicios y restaurantes.

I travel often to Bogota and stay at one place every time . However, this particular weekend the hotel I stay at was under renovation.. I NOW found my NEW FAVORITE hotel. 5 stars..you can't go wrong. From check in to check out! The best !!!!! You won't be disappointed

Excellent service, amenities you pay for in the fridge, but they help you stay in the room. Excellent bed. Baño excelente. Desayuno muy bueno. Lo recomiendo para estancias cortas

Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is included and the room was a decent size. Not too loud aside from the cars would definitely stay there again
