We stayed here overnight on a roadtrip to Galicia. Very nice Apart-Hotel, directly in the old town of Bilbao. Parking is convenient in a nearby public parking. Rooms are very nice with a lot of space and despite the central location, it was also quiet in the evening. There is a coffee shop and several bakeries just downstairs…

The location is fantastic!!! Easy code you use to check in. The air conditioner is limited as it turns off randomly and only goes to 18 degrees. No shampoo or tolietries. But the location and elevator makes it worth it! will come again

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel uses a chatbot for check-in, but when the system didn't work, there was no valid phone number to call and no way to reach a real person for help. We were completely unable to contact anyone who could assist us. After spending a long time trying to check in without success, we had no choice but to book another hotel for the night. To make matters worse, this hotel refused to refund our money, even though it was impossible for us to access the room because of their failed check-in system. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel. A hotel should always provide a reliable way to reach a member of staff when something goes wrong. This one did not.

La limpieza no es muy buena, la ubicación es muy buena. Las ventanas no son herméticas y por la noche hay mucho ruido. Todas las noches se fue la luz en la habitación y por lo tanto se apagaba el aire acondicionado. Uno de los días de plano cuando llegamos no había luz y ya despues llegó. Es un buen lugar pero si hay cosas como esas que mejorar y no hay alguien ahí físicamente para ayudarte.

Amazing location! We walked to the Guggenheim museum, the tram and the train station. It was clean and newly updated. I'd stay here again if we ever get the chance to come back!

Great location, right in the heart of everything

The hotel it’s in old Bilbao, cars can’t drive through the narrow streets so it’s hard to get there with luggage. The hotel is one floor in a building, very different to what you’re used to. It’s a crowded area, closed to a lot of things. I would rather have stayed in a different neighborhood.

No onsite staff but the remote-via-Whats-Up staff was responsive

Great hotel in the old town. It’s a self service hotel so no staff or reception but for us that was perfectly fine. The rooms were clean and in very good condition. Only downside was a bit of noise from the street and we were also missing some sort of minibar/fridge in the room to keep water etc cold.

This pension is in a perfect location. It is in the heart of the old town and all public transport is nearby. It is neat and furbished in a Scandi style. However, I only realised after I payed that this pension operates completely online - there is no human being for check in, everything is online. A few hours before you may check in, they send you an access code via whatsapp or email. However, this lack of any human being is not always so smooth, although they do respond on whatsapp if there is a problem. The first is that they do not allow you to leave your bags after check in. They also run a baggage locker business where you can drop your bags (also only online) but it is not free. Second, when I quickly left the pension and wanted to go back in to retrieve my luggage at 11h45 (check out was set for 12h00), the online system already locked me out of the building! This was BEFORE the check out time. I had to plead with some residents to please use my phone to call them on whatsapp to let me back in, just to get out my bags. Although they called me back to check, and they have another pension in the old town, I wonder what would have happened if my esim did not work or there was a problem with my phone. In future if i stay somewhere I will make sure there is some human presence. The other pension I stayed in Bilbao has someone at reception at least in the afternoons and this helped a lot.
