Perfect location was very clean and spacious an amazing option when staying in Santiago.

Great location between old town and the train station. Nice new reno. Some things were not looked after carefully enough- there were 3 of us so the pull out couch was made up for us which was wonderful. But one of the supports of the pull out was broken which really should have made them change the room and fix.

This property is ideally located to both nearby old city and shopping district with plenty of cafes to chose for your meals. The suite comes with fully equipped kitchenette The only downside is no receptionist to speak with to help with any problems like the hair dryer in our bathroom only blows cold air. You might think so what but after coming off the Camino a good hot shower, hair wash with working hair dryer Is essential. Assistance with ordering a taxi to the train station/airport would also be handy for a non Spanish speaker. The free laundry downstairs was a blessing

La cocina perfecta..no utilizamos la lavanderia..pero se ve muy bien...el personal ..lo vimos el 1er dia..muy atenta la que conseguimos...Lo único es que no supimos donde arrojar las bolsas de basura..Gracias

Die Unterkunft in Santiago war in allen Belangen super! Küche mit ausreichender Ausstattung zum Kochen (zB Gewürze, Öl vorhanden...). Praktisch war der Waschraum im Keller, den man nutzen durfte, Tabs wurden zur freien Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos, ein früherer CheckIn wurde ermöglicht.

Subterranean room (001) by busy laundry room. DAMP, moldy & stained tiles in shower which I didn’t use for this reason. Well equipped kitchen.

Communication was prompt and all done electronically. Central location about 10 minutes walk to train station and 5 minute to historical city center. Access to bars, shopping and all necessities. Would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen, laundry, etc.

Pontos positivos: bem localizado (perto do centro histórico, de restaurantes, cafés, supermercados e das estações de ônibus e de trem); cama, chuveiro e wifi muito bons; lavanderia no subsolo ajudou bastante na lavagem e secagem das roupas. Pontos negativos: acústica do apartamento não é boa; vizinhos cozinhavam alguma coisa e o cheiro entrava no apartamento; o código de acesso ao apartamento só é liberado 30 minutos antes de entrar no quarto.
