Complex tres bien décoré mais abscence total de propreté!! Pas d aleze sur le matelas pas de protection sur les oreillers ! Sol jamais lavé en 2 semaines et salle de bain jamais nettoyée !!! Le personnel du complexe n est vraiment pas aimable et encore moins efficace, patron inclu!!!

Nice location. Very quiet resort. Ideal for that relaxing holiday.

This is a beautiful yet small resort. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome and at ease. The bungalows are set amidst beautifully maintained gardens with a lovely pool (kept immaculately clean) and pool side bar. The bungalows are well maintained and comfortable and the housekeeping service provided by Maria is second to none. Slightly out of the centre of Maspalomas it benefits from the more relaxed location. It's just a few Euros in a taxi to either Melaneres or the Centre of Maspalomas. A great bus service is a couple of hundred yards walk so if you want to travel to other resorts on the Island it's easy. We are so glad we found this gem, we will definitely be going back.

“Magnifique endroit au calme avec d'excellentes prestations” L'endroit est très agréable, au calme et proche de tout (Jumbo center, plages, commerces,...). Les prestations sont excellentes. Les bungalows sont tous bien équipés avec une excellente literie. Le personnel est présent, efficace, très agréable mais très discret. On peut profiter de la piscine à tout moment de la journée, c'est toujours agréable.

The resort is ideal for going to the beach as you can walk there in about 30 mins. It has lovely gardens and is very well kept.

A very pleasant, relaxing break. I like walking, and walked to the beach or the main commercial areas (including Yumbo) in about 20 minutes. Faro2 is only 3 or 4 minutes walk (but not much there, other than the supermarket, a bike hire shop and one restaurant). For those that don't like walking there is a bus stop a few hundred yards away, or taxis always up and down the main road. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and although I only had breakfast at the pool bar it was always very good, and the staff were happy to make whatever you wanted (omlette/crepes/fry up etc). I would definitely go back there - soon :)
