Zimmer sehr gut, Gangbereich für meinen Geschmack zu düster und zu wenig beleuchtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten, die sehr groß und gemütlich waren. Dusch und Bademöglichkeiten super, Duschkopf kann nicht gesenkt werden, das wäre ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag. Das Frühstück ist ganz ok, aber mit Croissants, Milchbrötchen und weiteren kleinen Gebäckstücken nicht das gesündeste und auch gar nicht japanisch. Ich würde noch Eier und evtl. Etwas Gemüse dazu anbieten.

Loved so much about this hotel. Got a warm welcome from reception staff and other staff in hotel were friendly and helpful., Rooms are stylish and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Would definitely return again.

Location excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby. Near to Umeda station also a big plus point. Only serves bread during breakfast but they are delicious.

沖涼與洗手盤位置沒有任何掛毛巾/衣物的地方，非常不方便；洗手盤的高度與大小(size)很差，是整間房設計最差的一個地方。 地點是非常方便的，出入酒店也是非常之方便。

まわりは、賑やかで飲食店コンビニも沢山あります。海外客が多いようでした。 スタイリッシュでアメニティもついており とても良かった。 朝食のパンも美味しかった。

The rooms were amazing. I don’t know why the site says this is a 3 star hotel. It should be higher. It was super nice and also the free pastries in the morning was amazing. Staff was super helpful. Location is great too. Close to the train stations and a few stops away from all the shopping. There was a lot of restaurants and bars next door as well. Perfect location and perfect hotel

A very nice hotel with generously sized rooms and good service. Clean and fresh in the room and in the common areas. We appreciated that both breakfast in the morning and drinks throughout the day were included.

Clean modern rooms, great location, bar in the hotel is a plus… we were able to put kids a sleep and the wife and I could just run downstairs for a night cap without being far away. Staff and bartenders were amazing

The hotel is conveniently located with many shops nearby and pretty close to the Osaka train station. The room was bigger than expected and I loved the robe, pajamas, and the slippers they provided as well as the complimentary assorted pastries and drinks for breakfast. They also had a money exchange machine in the lobby, which was very convenient. The only problem with my room was that it faced the highway. They did provide earplugs and I was able to sleep well enough, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to request a room that is not on the 6th floor or facing the highway altogether.

The location of the place is great. The people were very friendly and very helpful. We traveled with children so this made our experience even better

Excellent hotel, superb location steps away from Osaka Station. Our room was 805, a spacious room featuring a small double and two single Beds, a sofa, shower room with bath and shower, separate sink, and separate wc. Very stylish contemporary design with exposed concrete. Hallways were very sleek, boutique vibe. The staff we met were very warm, friendly and genuine. Breakfast was a selection of breads and pastries with quality coffee and fresh juices. Would definitely stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel was really great. Staff were lovely and helpful. We might opt for a bigger room when we visit again for a longer stay in two weeks time.

The location was convenient to Osaka-Umeda, rooms were spacious and located walking distance to the bus terminal for KIX airport. Staff was amazingly helpful.
