Our room was generally cleaned and replenished daily with towels. The room could've been better equipped to receive our family of 5. We were missing towels and pillows but got them when we called reception. The kitchen was also lacking equipment. It is made for minimal cooking, perhaps simply reheating. The social hour where they provide light bites was a little bit of a joke. On our first night we went down to scout it out and a single family had grabbed all of the food (not much) and when I asked if it would be replenished, the staff at the café didn't seem to care. The beds are extremely soft, which may be good for some or not for others. It is more of a worn out kind of soft rather than plush. The hotel is well situated and in all it was a good stay.

Loved the two room set up. My daughter had a migraine so she was able to close the door in the separate bedroom and we could still relax in the other room. The breakfast was wonderful! Thank you.

The rooms, bathrooms were very neat and clean. Breakfast menu was also good. The hotel has playing zone which is an excellent amenaty for kids to have a fun time. Altogether the stay along with family was a fun and exciting.

The suite was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, served hot and a good selection. Would stay here again if we’re back in the area!

The rooms are nice. The bedrooms were huge in the suites. We took advantage of the excellent breakfast buffet provided each morning and in the evening we ate at the lounge and bowled in the bowling alley that is part of the property.

Stayed there for first time with family members for a girls weekend getaway and we are all looking forward to going back.

Parfait pour ceux qui dorment dans les lits (très confortables), belles chambres, propres et bien pensées, belles commodités - piscine, salle entrainement, très bons déjeuners- mais évitez le sofa-lit qui était extrêmement inconfortable pour deux de nos enfants. Bon service tant à l'accueil qu'au bar sur la terrasse!

The suite was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great for families, my kids loved the pool, bowling alley, and arcade.

Only complaint was the Wi-Fi was not working the entire time we were there. So we had no access to TV and internet in our rooms. My kids was not impressed as they could not use their gadgets and we couldn't watch TV. Everything else was fine.

We stayed at Staybridge only for a night, but I wish we had stayed longer! Nice property, great ambiance, amazing and helpful staff, clean and well maintained room.... what else anyone can want! Two thumbs up! Please keep it up, Staybridge!!

Room, food, service everything is perfect for price

I loved the hotel and the staff was amazing. The room was clean and supplied with Dove soaps and lotions. My only reason for the good rating rather than excellent was the breakfast. Day One-day three nothing changed except for the addition of strawberries on day 2. Same muffins same French toast casserole. I wish there was a bit more of a selection. I was bored of the crossiant, eggs, potatoes, bacon and Turkey sausage.

Clean room and nice staff. Would be a 5 star experience if the Tv works and children next room not screaming and talking loudly at 2am in the morning. Basic breakfast that kept us full.
