The checkin was well communicated via email and totally virtual. We had no interaction with any staff. The room was nice but, despite a sign on the bathroom door, a very small step from the bedroom to the bathroom resulted in painful toes as both my wife and I stubbed them on the step. We were in the ‘Deer’ room which is on the third floor. Carrying our luggage up three staircases and narrow corridors was very difficult - there is no lift! There was a lot of street noise until past 11pm. In all, the accommodation is ideally located, clean and a good choice for a stopover in Monmouth.

Had a pleasant stay . No one at the facility when we arrived but we managed to get keys ok from key box .Unfortunatly my key snapped in the lock , the young lady i phoned did her best to sort things out and did .Lovely shower ,good as room was very warm . My negative would be the breakfast the toast was not nice and pancakes very heavy .No juice offered and butter didnt come with toast ?with the hard toast it was essential ,the young lady supplied it when asked. I understand the owner is gluten intollerant . Lucklily im not .. not sure i would return sorry

We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3

Really enjoyed my stay . Lovely clean rooms in the middle of town. Staff all friendly and welcoming, i would highly recommend staying there and definitely would stay again.

Compact room. Nicely decorated. Clean and tidy. With all the amenities you need. Good hearty breakfast available in the morning. Nice variety.

Excellent value. Very comfy bed and very clean bathroom. Great staff. Full English breakfast was delicious. Continental breakfast gives a good choice of items too.

We were really impressed especially by the friendliness & attentiveness of the staff. Very welcoming. Room was spacious, well provisioned & comfortable. Glad there was a fan as it was a hot night. We pre-booked for an evening meal & it was excellent 10/10 for taste & cooked to perfection. Enjoyed our breakfast too & both meals were very generous portions. Would definitely recommend - only here for one night but would love to stay longer next time.

Not sure how secure the key safe is as you can access keys to other rooms. Room was on 3rd floor comfortable beds but very warm. The fan was really helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was the waitress

Creates was an excellent experience! Everyone was super nice and accommodating! The room was clean and so cute and cozy. The location was great and it was easy to find. We also had lunch and the cafe below and it was excellent too. Overall highly recommended and we hope to go back someday!

My friend and I recently stayed here, and we loved it! The hosts are such lovely people—super attentive, friendly, and always making sure we had everything we needed. From the start, we felt really welcome and well taken care of. The food was fantastic too! They had great breakfast options, plus lunch and dinner, and even gluten-free choices for celiacs like me. Portions were generous, and the prices matched up well with what we got. The area around the B&B is beautiful, and we had a blast exploring. We’re already thinking about coming back! Big thanks to the hosts for an amazing stay—highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating spot!
