Housekeeping needs to be fired, our room was dirty upon arrival and when attempting to contact the buisness/owner we were treated like we were lying about the apartment conditions! We even sent picture proofs through email upon arrival and was still denied a refund!! Roaches, pubic hairs on sink, dirty towels and with food crumbs everywhere! Housekeeping offered they would clean again but when we came back to our “cleaned room” it was still in the same condition!! I would rate 0 stars if I could. So unprofessional! Do not come here!!

I liked the area because of the atmosphere. It was walking distance to great eating and shopping area. The apartment was clean and the outside patio was quiet. The communication with Vrbo was great but it was more of three way communication. I left messages with the property manager about not have our room ready on time, no remote control for the TV nor did our fav get activated to enter into the building and other access to the building.

Hard to sleep at night due to next to the road and its very noisy throughout the night.

I was not able to access unit with code given , then called to inform them and they provided me a new code that did not work and I had to book a new room I finally received a code that worked the last day of my stay and the unit was not clean !!! Very upsetting

My wife and I stayed at Indie Deep Ellum during the Southern Baptist Convention in June. This was our first experience staying in an air B&B. The apartment was nice, spacious and clean. However, there were a few things that just didn't work the way we were lead to believe. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. The key fob to get on the elevator and through some of the doors to the amenities didn't work. Thank goodness we were given a code to use the elevator and doors or we would have had real issues. And worst of all, the constant strong odor of Cannabis that filled the hallways and outside around the pool area was nauseating. Our stay wasn't a total disappointment, but I think my wife and I will stick to hotels from now on.

Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus selber war nicht so okay. Das Parken war eine Katastrophe, sehr umständlich per NFC-Code. Man muss eine amerikanische Telefonnummer haben, sonst funktioniert es nicht. Mehrere Emails an den Parkhausbetreiber gesendet. Zum Schluß funktionierte es nur per Telefon, um aus dem Parkhaus zu fahren. Der Pool war verschmutzt und das Wasser war eine milchige Flüssigkeit. Lage war gut. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt

It was nice to have the option to cook our meals, relax on the roof top or enjoy the pool!

The carpets in the hallway outside the room to the elevator were filthy, smelled and stained on 6th floor. We would the apartment a 5 but the hallway needs cleaned!!

Our stay good. The only hiccup we came across was the miscommunication with our check-in time. Other than that great stay and the location was very convenient.

Location is good so many bars and nightlife. Apartment very clean and spacious. The apartment elevators are slow

Accidentally left behind AirPods. Luckily was able to reach customer service and housecleaning found them. Since then it has been a nightmare. It has been almost a month and no one can tell me anything about their location. I assume they were stolen. Unfortunately the only way to communicate to this place is through a foreign call Center. I talk to someone new 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks. They tell me each time that they are unable to communicate with the front office. What kind of business cannot reach a person at their location after 3 weeks? Total sham of a business.

The room was nice, big shower, bed was comfortable. Came into town for a concert. Clean, the pool was pretty. Only thing i didnt like was that you had to pay each time you parked and that was weird because ive never had hotels charge for parking. Parking fees add up quickly if you are going to different places. Overall, it was pretty and clean, but next time i will stay somewhere that includes parking

The apartment had good furniture and modern facilities; however, it smelled very bad. The microwave didn’t work. The neighbor upstairs was very noisy, and others were yelling until 3 a.m. on Saturday night. The area is surrounded by many clubs, which contributes to…

Place was perfect for our trip. Pretty view and good location. The bed was very firm which was fine for us but could be a little softer for comfort, Thr towels were tiny, which just made it necessary to use 2 each, I would stay here again.

My first stay was great. My second stay was…less than impressive. The floors were incredibly sticky throughout the apartment. Like stepping on tape in some spots. Also the fridge water / ice maker didn’t work.

Great neighborhood. Had issue with the code not working when we first arrived. Took about 30 min to get it squared away. Nice, clean place

This is an excellent upscale location in an ultra modern building which includes a patio, BBQs and gym. Very easy and safe walking, even to downtown.

The washer/dryer was a nice surprise. The space itself was great. The bed was ok. It was the little touches that could use some help. Upgrading the toilet paper, tissue and towel quality would help give this place another star.

Really nice property. The apartment was a great size with a beautiful kitchen. So easy to get into with your codes and I loved the gym and balcony. Only issue was the pool was closed for repairs and I wish I knew that ahead of time. All around really great!
