Pros: location was excellent! Right across the street from 7 mile beach. The hotel provided beach chairs, umbrella, towels and even a cooler that you can pack. Good restaurants near by. Room was very clean and provided all amenities needed for long stay. Full kitchen and washer /dryer was a plus. Excellent pools on each floor. Cons: the gym, called rec room on the first floor can get loud early morning from ppl dropping weights on the floor. We heard them every morning and it would wake us up, not ideal when trying to sleep in during vacations. Would we go back- yes, but we’d make sure it wasn’t in the building above the gym.

The Grove was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday as a solo traveler! The location was absolutely ideal ,the beach was only a 5-minute walk away, and they even provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which made everything so easy. There was also a mini market just a 1-minute walk away that stayed open 24/7, making it super convenient for grabbing anything I needed without renting a car. The apartment itself was amazing, spotless, beautiful, and so comfortable. I was even able to check in early, and they arranged airport pickup for me, which made the whole experience stress-free from the moment I landed. 10/10 experience — I’ll definitely be back!

Such a nice stay at the Grove! Great access to beach, lovely restaurants and gym in the courtyard downstairs. Perfectly safe for solo travelers and family friendly. Wish the pool was advertised correctly as tiny but other than that! Loved my stay

To start, let me first say I would stay at the Grove again. The place is well kept, beautifully decorated and quiet. The bed is super comfy and the shower has very good water pressure. The only thing I think is important to know is that the pictures on the listing are not an accurate representation of The Grove Too. It is still under construction and there are no restaurants, bars or game room. The bathroom also has only 1 sink rather than 2. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are on the rooftop along with sunbeds and sofas. There is no BBQ. You can walk a little to get to The Grove, where the site is complete with restaurants, café, small grocery store, gym (you need to pay 175$ per week or 50$ per day even though it is part of the site and you are renting there). The cutlery and plates/glasses are limited (4 of each) so using the dishwasher is not really possible unless you run it with only a few items. There is salt and pepper but you will have to buy everything else that you need (including dish soap, body wash, and detergent which are not included). That being said, it is a few steps from the best stretch of the beach and you can take endless walks, sit in the chairs and use the parasol that are offered with the condo as well as the cooler bag for picnics on the beach. Overall, we had a great stay and I would go back again, all things considered.

Staying at The Grove in the Cayman Islands was a truly enjoyable experience that balanced comfort, convenience, and a relaxed island atmosphere.

There is no office at many hours and they need to accompany you to the unit so you need to text them and wait. There is an older building and a newer one and the older building is not very clean. The new one is great. If you don’t book with them directly you have to pay for the gym - USD150 per person for a week. They were very responsive and the unit was very well equipped - full kitchen with new appliances and washer/dryer, the shower in the newer units is amazing and it is across the street from the beach so that was great and overall a positive stay.

Apartment was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly, but the lack of a dedicated front desk made it difficult to find assistance when needed. The listing stated a 2-minute walk to the beach, but in reality it took 8–10 minutes from our room. Carrying chairs and an umbrella made the walk more inconvenient than expected — this was the biggest downside.

Check in was interesting because we didn’t realize there was no front desk, you need to arrange to be met by a rep who then shows you the property and your room. The place was better than advertised. Our room looked brand new and couldn’t be cleaner. Well equipped and even had in room laundry. The rooftop pool and lounge area are fantastic. Having The Grove restaurants and amenities next door (we were at The Grove Too) is extremely handy. Across the street from SMB was close enough. We would happily return.

The property is new and the room was excellent. A great kitchen, washer and dryer, large balcony and a great bathroom. The building is still under construction with retail space being built and the rooftop getting additional amenities. Once completed it will be better. There is not much of a view but the proximity to everything Grand Cayman offers made up for it. The pool was amazing and the pool area was well appointed. The location is just a couple of blocks away from Seven Mile Beach and a short drive to Govenors Beach Park. We loved our stay at the Grove too and will come back.

it was about a 3 minute walk to the beach (across the street.) Great value. Clean condo with kitchen and laundry in the room. It was located in same complex with a some nice restaurants so very convenient. I would stay here again.

The room was clean. There is a 24/7 market on the 1st floor (with an ATM). The beach is literally less than 100 steps away. There is a steakhouse Mykonos (not worth it). There is a gym on site, it is 50 usd for a day. Shuttles are available to and from the airport Romel was a great driver and kind. Some excursions offer pick up and drop off to your hotel (the turtle aquarium did not, the boat to starfish/ manta ray point did) The room has a washer/dryer and kitchen.

I would definitely stay here again. Room was nice and had all that I needed. Only complain is the stoves should be changes because I couldn’t even get the oven to turn on. But besides that everything else was great. Easy to check in and they arranged a ride for me when I arrived and for my departure which I genuinely appreciate. The room was clean and so was the property. I enjoyed the cafe there and the healthy options. The beach was easy to access. Honestly I really have no complaints ( just the oven).
