At check in we were greeted by two friendly staff members who explained the amenities and check out process clearly. They recommended a wonderful restaurant, Riva, next door. 10/10 recommend and would come back.

Room is very clean. Bed is comfortable, vies is amazing , breakfast is good, location is perfect, walking distance yo restaurant and shopping, has very nice path for walking by water. Very quiet and safe , we will be back yo this Hotel

Front desk at check were very pleasant and helpful. Wish I had booked the king room with a balcony/patio. We had a small window overlooking the parking lot. I booked the upper floor, but, got ground floor Breakfast was average Room was clean, but the shower/tub needed some attention Drain in sink was dirty

Decent hotel near the seaside. The room features some unique wiring and an ultra-loud air conditioner, which couldn’t possibly be left on while in the room. But otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay in Sidney with many encounters with playful seals near the fish market!

Great central location for walking around Sidney's waterfront/downtown! Friendly and kind staff who made sure the breakfast nook was well-stocked and rooms well-kept. Nice view of the waterfront from our room on the ground floor, too. Though we didn't have cause to use the microwave, it was nice to know we had one. We also really appreciated the list of recommended nearby restaurants provided in our room! We leaned on that info to make dinner plans and were not disappointed - whoever put that list together did a very good job. All in all, it was an excellent place for our short stay in Sidney at a great price, and we would happily book here again next time we're traveling in the area.

Quick and easy check in/out. Perfect location for walking everywhere downtown. Ocean facing room was lovely, clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms and property. Nearby walking trail and close to lots of shops and restaurants.

A little older hotel, but well maintained in an excellent location and an amazing view!

I loved being so close to the beach and town Everything was within walking distance- including the grocery store, seafront walk, shops, restaurants. We had a balcony facing the water amazing view and sunrise. There were some plantings and grass on the grounds so it wasn't all concrete or ashphalt . There has been an effort to keep it beautiful, small, friendly and manageable. idk how long the site can stay like this but I LOVED it. So much better than a gargantuan chain hotel. Support local and simple. The breakfast was included and was a decent spread. Staff were friendly. The Riva restaurant was good we ate a lunch there. Room was cosy.

The property is in a great location with only a small parking lot between the hotel and waterfront. Our room had a view of the waterfront. There is a small grocery store directly across from the hotel. There are also lots of small shops including a dollar store just down the street and a few different choices for food within walking distance. It was a great place to go for a walk and enjoy the view. Breakfast was included and provided in a small room in the hotel. It was clean with the usual choices. My only concern would be if you have a hard time with stairs there is no elevator but they did offer to carry our luggage up to our room.

Great hotel right near the water. We were traveling on bikes and they had a wonderful bike room right across from the front desk so it was very secure. Breakfast was a nice addition. We also enjoyed the balcony with views of the water and boardwalk.

Clean motel/inn with good amenities like robes, shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. Nice location in the centre of town.

Always a lovely stay at SWI! Dog friendly!
