Quick and easy check in/out. Perfect location for walking everywhere downtown. Ocean facing room was lovely, clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms and property. Nearby walking trail and close to lots of shops and restaurants.

A little older hotel, but well maintained in an excellent location and an amazing view!

I loved being so close to the beach and town Everything was within walking distance- including the grocery store, seafront walk, shops, restaurants. We had a balcony facing the water amazing view and sunrise. There were some plantings and grass on the grounds so it wasn't all concrete or ashphalt . There has been an effort to keep it beautiful, small, friendly and manageable. idk how long the site can stay like this but I LOVED it. So much better than a gargantuan chain hotel. Support local and simple. The breakfast was included and was a decent spread. Staff were friendly. The Riva restaurant was good we ate a lunch there. Room was cosy.

The property is in a great location with only a small parking lot between the hotel and waterfront. Our room had a view of the waterfront. There is a small grocery store directly across from the hotel. There are also lots of small shops including a dollar store just down the street and a few different choices for food within walking distance. It was a great place to go for a walk and enjoy the view. Breakfast was included and provided in a small room in the hotel. It was clean with the usual choices. My only concern would be if you have a hard time with stairs there is no elevator but they did offer to carry our luggage up to our room.

Great hotel right near the water. We were traveling on bikes and they had a wonderful bike room right across from the front desk so it was very secure. Breakfast was a nice addition. We also enjoyed the balcony with views of the water and boardwalk.

Clean motel/inn with good amenities like robes, shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. Nice location in the centre of town.

From the moment we arrived at the Sidney Waterfront we were treated so well by everyone. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The mattresses were just right as well! Breakfast was hot and my request for extra coffee packages for our room was always given with a smile. We are making this our yearly getaway! Thank you to al our staff for making our trip so special!

It seemed a lot overpriced. The photos look great on the website but I wasn't really amazed. The breakfast option had a small selection of items. There was a small parking lot that may offer enough parking. Not a repeat for me.

This hotel has always been our go to when we visit Sidney. We stay on the 2nd floor for the great water and sunrise view. Highly recommend this place. Breakfast is also included.
