I had a very disappointing experience staying here. The property was dirty, and the water was not working. What made the situation worse was that I was not informed about the water issue until after I had already checked in. Access to running water is a basic necessity, and this should have been disclosed beforehand. The location also felt unsafe and was in a very rough area that did not match my expectations based on the listing. To make matters even worse, the key broke in the door, leaving me stuck and unable to get in or out properly. Despite all of these problems, I only stayed for about an hour before deciding I could not remain there, yet I was refused a refund. The staff were not helpful or kind when I raised these concerns. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Sin aire acondicionado en las instalaciones incluyendo el cuarto. Sin limpieza diaria de la Habitación. Sin personal en la recepción. La televisión sin canales que funcionaran.

Pesimo ubicado, supuestamente tenian estacionamiento, no estaba disponible, nos mandaron a uno publico y estaba cerrado. Tuvimos que irnos y buscae otro lugar ya que no podiamos dejar un auto arrendando solo en un barrio tan malo

This place was terrible. It was in a bad part of town, and the smell from the room was really awful. The water never got warm, and the humidity mixed with no AC made it even worse. There was no air conditioning, and we never saw anyone at the reception desk. At one point, we caught the staff smoking weed on the balconies because we're pretty sure only staff lives in the bigger rooms with balconies. We were only able to stay two nights and booked elsewhere after those two nights. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I'm usually not a fan of leaving low reviews, but this place was so bad that I felt compelled to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially tourists. It's in a bad part of town and far from most tourist attractions. We used Uber most of the time, and at least four or five people recommended us not to stay here because of cartel activity. Yes the pictures look nothing like that in person. Photos are catfish. You can also hear everything from your room from traffic to dogs barking.

The place is just great next time. I’m back in San Jose from Guanacaste, I’ll stay here thank you very much. Tell the Hotel they do a great job and Byron the manager was excellent.

The room was clean and the facility is secure. But that’s about all I can say that is good. The bed was like sleeping on concrete and the noise makes sleeping hard. There is a major road next to the hotel and the road traffic makes it impossible to sleep at night. And the water is the bathroom shower is just a little less than lukewarm. So if you are looking for a room that has no hot water, a hard bed and is impossible to sleep in because of the road traffic, then this is the place for you. If you don’t want that, look elsewhere.

There was no checkout service waited for 30 minutes at front counter I left without checking out because my Uber was outside waiting for me. Left the keys on the counter . I rang the doorbell and I also contacted them on WhatsApp with no response

Não consegui nem ficar no hotel. A Localização era muito ruim, a entrada do hotel bem diferente do que estava na foto. Parecia que era pouco seguro e ainda não tinha onde estacionar os carros, com alguns parados na calçada em frente ao hotel. Infelizmente procurei outra opção de estadia e perdi o valor dessa

Pros: Its easy to arrive, the place is nice and is in a main avenue. Cons: Street parking, some issues with welcoming and payment status with staff. For the price is very reasonable and great option if you are staying in San Jose

Nice property but not very central to the middle of San Jose.

The hotel rooms are clean, staff is very nice, and beds are comfortable. It is very basic but a good spot for the budget traveler.

Office hours are 8am-9pm. So, I arrived at 2am. The inn is in the hood in the middle of nowhere. Doors were locked. No one answered the doorbell or picked up phone. After an hour in the streets, a resident let me in. Slept in lobby. Got room, but smelled funny. The bathroom smelled like sewage, but that wasn’t it. Something died in the night stand. Far from anything and taxis are expensive.

Would definitely recommend NOT staying here. We had no hot water, the agent at the desk didn't speak any English so it was very hard to communicate even though their website states they speak English, Spanish, and a third language, which I can't remember. No one is ever at the front desk to assist, even though it says 15/7 staff. The website also says they offer off-site parking which is not true. We had to find a nearby parking garage to park at for the one night we spent. It is far from the city center and most attractions. We ended up checking out after just one night but we're supposed to be there for 5. Choose somewhere else to stay. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Super cheap, clean and tidy. There is a parking fairly cheap and very close. Only downside, the bed is not too comfy.
