Stayed for 4 nights. Room as advertised. Clean and good size room. Good location. Staff all speak English.

Really enjoyed my stay at Section L in Shimbashi. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and the staff were always very friendly and welcoming. The location was extremely convenient: close to a smaller, easy-to-navigate train station, while still being only around a 15-minute walk from larger transport hubs with connections across Tokyo. It was also straightforward to reach from Haneda Airport, which made arrival and departure much less stressful after a long flight. There were multiple convenience stores nearby as well, many of them open 24 hours, which was incredibly useful for quick meals, drinks, and snacks after long sightseeing days. The hotel itself had lots of thoughtful complimentary extras, such as free coffee and drinks available at reception, which added a really nice touch to the stay. I also particularly appreciated the excellent gym, which was perfect for keeping my training routine going while travelling. Overall, a really comfortable and well-run hotel that I would happily stay at again.

Was a roomy and quiet hotel with great facilities and friendly staff!

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Check in was seamless, Kathryn was very welcoming and polite. Room was very clean and just fantastic! Bathroom and shower are seperate, kitchen facilities great and washer/dryer a bonus! Close to train station, which made travelling around Tokyo easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff that assisted with storing our luggage due to late flight.

What a treat!!! So lucky to have found this for our 1st trip to Japan. The concept is amazing. So many amenities. Staff so courteous and professional. The place so well equipped, so functional, so clean! Location is amazing. Don't doubt it for a second. Book it here for a great staying experience in Tokyo. The only thing I could say to improve is to have a better blackout system in place to help sleep a bit later in the sunny mornings. Overall, 5 stars, easy!!!

Absolutely amazing staff, it’s clean, they offer complementary ginger ale, and coffee in their lobby area as well as snacks. Clean I love the apartment feel of the rooms. It was so comfortable and we had five in one room. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. And it was right around the corner from a 7-Eleven and a great curry restaurant.

성인5명이 묵을 곳을 찾다가 발견한 곳이었어요! 부엌시설과 기본적인 식기가 모두 잘 되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 별도 생수가 제공되는건 아니고, 싱크대에 필터가 장착되어 있어서 그 물을 바로 마실 수 있었고, 1층 캔틴에 정수기와 차가 마련되어 있었습니다. 리셉션 직원 분들은 모두 영어로 소통이 매우 원활한 흔치 않은 숙소였고, 다들 친절하셨어요. 1박만 하고 가기 너무 아쉬운 곳이었습니다! 부모님 특히 엄마가 너무 좋아하셨어요~~

This was an incredible stay! It is equipped with absolutely everything you might need (clothing iron, fridge, microwave, even a small mop). The room was also spacious and great for a longer trip. Location-wise, it is also pretty central, although right around it there are limited food/bar options. But that is solved by a 10ish minute walk

很臨時的預約，預約時傳了訊息告知四大一小。卻在出國當天凌晨三點多才收到無法入住五人要改房。而且明明是比較便宜的房間，卻要補三萬日幣，還好最後hotel.com有幫忙處理。 房間整體沒什麼問題，四大一小來說也很舒適。不過床底放行李的空間有點多餘，不如讓床低一點比較安全。房間看不到東京鐵塔的話，住這其實沒什麼優勢。
