Very nice hotel and good value

Excellent in all aspects. Great value !

Front desk staffs all had serious faces. Size of the room was completely different from Expedia booking.They don’t have the room style advertising in Expedia. I feel it’s deceitful from wrong advertising. Only breakfast is good and it was only reason that I did not move out immediately.

Room is clean but housekeeping is limited, I need to request to refill bath liquid stuffs or change dirty cups. It’s not so convenient when you desperately need a cup of coffee/tea! Long wait! Only thing I like it’s their breakfast. Manager Aragorn and his team did a very good job. Everything is in excellent condition. Very enjoyable! Food is delicious. Front desk staffs all have a serious look. No greeting unless you need help. Be careful, size of the room is completely different from Expedia booking according to the hotel front desk staffs told me.

房間和餐點都不錯，就是語音助理笨了點

早餐是正常酒店自助餐，應該沒有人有意見。 用餐只有一半，員工胡亂安排其他客人拼桌。 明明還有大量空枱。 酒店應該是一半酒店，另一半是長期住宿， 酒店客人要有心理準備和一班原本住在哪裏的人共享所有酒店設施，例如使用健身室的時候會有奇怪感覺。

立地条件良く景観も素晴らしく､フロントの方も親切 2人で予約し泊まったのに朝食が1人分と言うのが 残念でした

Très bien à 10min du métro. Propre moderne grande chambre rien à dire.

Wonderful hotel. As I come to Shenzhenvery oftern, basically two to three nights every week. If not the relatively higher price scale, I would not hesitate to stay here absolutely each and every time. However saying so, definitely worth the money.

The staff was helpful, willing to provide different services and able to deal with sudden incidents. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

雖然距離車站有10分鐘步程,但沿途經過很多食店,又有不少居民,所以都算旺中帶靜。而一入酒店門囗就充滿日式感，職員十分有禮。酒店房內環境十分整潔，—入門囗,電動窗簾就自動打開，夜景盡在眼簾。早餐西式和中式也有，即滾麵湯底十分美味。總招這間酒店值得試。
