Room service very poor & electrical wire of hot water tank is without plug , no hand towel ,only 1 bath towel ,& lots of things missing in room , very poor service,,

The room was very dirty. Sheets and comforters were not changed. It had hair and blood like stains. Tables were not dusted and it seemed like it was not swept and mopped for weeks. Due not the bad hygiene of the room we did not eat breakfast even though we paid for it. Please don’t book this hotel. Housekeeping does not know cleanliness at all. Expedia please remove this hotel from your hotels list. Their hygiene is pathetic.
