Not my first visit nor will it be the last. We’d previously stayed at their Ocean Park’s penthouse and it was a breeze of an experience. In a country where every AirBnB seems saturated with tropically-themed venurs, Rosalina stands out as a breath of fresh air with their simple, modern and clean styling. The service has always been top-tier and they’re very responsive to any and all queries I’ve had.

Great place to stay. Location is nice. Close to the beach and the bus. Didn’t even need a car to get around with ease. Nice restaurants and a bars within walking distance.

Perfect for our 2 night stay!

Everything about this property was great! The location, the room, the amenities. The host was also very responsive and detailed in their check-in instructions. We will definitely be coming back to stay here on our next visit!

Very quiet and clean

This is an excellent modern property—immaculately clean and spacious. I’ve stayed here three times, and each visit has left a consistently positive impression. The staff is always friendly, and I will definitely continue to return.

Given the lack of storage for clothes, it would’ve been nice to have some wall hooks to hang towels or clothes to steam. Also a bench to rest suitcase when packing/unpacking.

The property was very clean had 2 pools, rooms were perfect for visit and i really enjoyed the property.

No hay WiFi. La red que está descrita en la instrucciones impresas no existe y no contestaron acerca de ello. Por lo de más muy buen lugar, espero para un futuro solucionen eso y poder recomendarlo. Ya que uno que va de otro país, necesita conexión a internet y no es un detalle menor.

The RB&B was nice, but not in a real good area to the left off the building was a liquid store and an alley with people hanging out. But the right side was a much better area we were able to walk to a nice restaurant around there. The other thing I didn't like is that the front door to get into the hallway wasn't lock. And someone lock it an around 1:30 a client was beating on the front door to let them in, and they did that for over an hour. Until someone from another room let them in. That to me is very dangerous because you don't know who is on the other side off that door. Last but not less before we left we were visited by a big roach. Other than all that everything was okay for an over night stay.

This was a nice spot just a short walk from coffee shops, restaurants and more.

Excellent localization and perfect for our overnight stay in San Juan.

Our booking got switched to Ocean Park because of a scheduling issue, but our stay there was great. The Rosalina staff was just amazing in general. We loved the property, the amenities, everything was clean. The room was nice and we felt very at home. The A/C was always on, which I loved. Anytime we needed help from the staff they were always more than happy to help. Would definitely stay there again.

The air that carried over from the front door being opened and closed shut would cause pressure to the bedroom door. We can hear everyone coming in and out of the building all the way across the hall. We were the furthest ones away as well. That wasn't the biggest issue though. We had to book another room due to the fact that there was just no water in the room. Day 1 was low pressure. But day 2 there was no water at all, we had to book another room for day 2-3.

The room was great, large and clean. The bed was nice. Bathroom was clean. However, there is a huge water supply problem. We literally ran out of water after one shower, so the second person could not shower. Obvious problem with the pump and reservoir system. The pump was pumping more air than water. This is the reason for a low rating. Made it very uncomfortable.

The house was clean, the customers service was excellent. I love it!

The room was really nice, no complaints there. They had a couple of good restaurants nearby but for the most part we traveled to other places to eat. The responses from the host was quick and they were extremely attentive. We got in early and they let us store our bag at their second location. The second location has a nice pool so we hung out there. The only con was the room was ready at 3, but they charged me an extra fee for checking in an extra hour early, unlike most hotels or airbnb that are more accommodating
