I love staying here, it's a beautiful property and rooms are always perfect. My only negative this time was the staff seemed new (or tired) when trying to get a drink outside by the pool. It seemed others were frustrated as well and it wasn't overly busy. I know off days happen so it wasn't a big deal. They were very very kind so that made up for it. It just makes the experience 4 stars instead of 5.

Very nice hotel, the bathroom had a big tub but the water had no pressure. So someone with long thick hair took forever to shower. If u wanted to bath it would take forever for the tub to fill. Other then that it was a great stay. I didn't use any of the places around, but they all sounded fun

Clean room, beautiful property, enjoyed outdoor fire bowls, the pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Everything was well maintained , clean and organized.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Naturally Pacific Resort and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, our room was exceptionally clean, and every part of the resort felt well cared for. The pool and grounds were beautiful, and dining at both Velocity Lounge & Driving Range and Carve Kitchen + Meatery was excellent. Our kids had such a great time, which made the stay even more memorable. If booking, we’d recommend choosing a room overlooking the grounds rather than the coastal view to really capture the full resort atmosphere. We’re already planning a return visit!

Nice stay , clean rooms, dog friendly and good food available .

Everything is beautiful. I extended our stay and told my husband that “I deserve this”. Outdoor hot tub was nice, lounge chairs outside, sauna and steam room are good. Dinner was delicious. Pet friendly with dog beds and bowl, dog wash station made everything easier!

Nice facilities

Our 2nd stay at this wonderful resort. The staff are outstanding ~ friendly and helpful, starting with a lovely, resourceful, pro-active doorman and equally helpful front desk staff. All extremely professional. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Wonderful outdoor spaces and excellent views of the neighbouring excellent golf course.

We arrived to warm welcome, sign-in went well with no issues. Key cards did not work first time and we had to go back downstairs for replacements.

Magnifique séjour ! La chambre était très belle et très chic. L’hôtel est moderne, très propre et le staff est adorable. Petit bémol pour le petit-déjeuner en chambre, un peu cher et pas si bon, en plus d’arriver froid. Le restaurant était incroyable, le coin piscine, hot tub, sauna et steam room vraiment un plus, très très agréable et idéalement placé ! On reviendra !

The room was beautiful. It would be better if the sofa and tables were switched so you could sit on the sofa and watch TV. The food was mediocre...I would expect a steakhouse to know the difference between medium rare and medium well. All meals could have been 5 star with a bit more care, smaller portions, but really, I'd rate the food about a 3.

Very nice resort. Room was quiet and bed was extremely comfortable. Great pool, gym and sauna. Only used the hot tub briefly as it was very popular. Something that might help guests is if there was a 30 minute time limit for its use. One group used it for over 2 hours. Beautiful views from our rooms. My daughter has the coast view and I had the mountain view side. I had afternoon sun on my balcony and Beautiful Sunsets. The front desk was very helpful. I have a perfume sensitivity and the washed all my bedding, towels and robes in unscented soap for me. The only thing I would recommend to management is to consider changing the bathroom soap products to a local BC company with a lighter Natural scent. Thank you Naturally Pacific for a great stay!

Our stay at the resort felt like stepping into a dream we didn’t want to wake up from. From the moment we arrived, everything seemed designed for quiet romance and effortless comfort. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, and it set the tone for the entire experience. Waking up beside my girlfriend to the soft morning light and the sound of nature just outside our balcony was something special. We spent slow mornings sipping tea with a view that didn’t feel real, and unhurried afternoons exploring the grounds, finding little pockets of beauty everywhere, hidden gardens, serene pools, and perfect spots to just sit together and exist. What made it unforgettable wasn’t just the luxury (though everything—from the room to the food—was exceptional), but how easy it was to feel connected. Whether we were sharing quiet dinners at CARVE meatery, or laughing over nothing in particular, the resort created a space where time slowed down and everything else faded away. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect, celebrate love, or simply escape the noise of everyday life with someone who matters deeply to you, this is it. We left with full hearts, incredible memories, and already talking about when we can come back.

Excellent place to stay! The property is beautiful, the proximity to a wonderful golf course is awesome, delicious breakfast in the Carve, great sitting areas outside with fire tables. The only negative would be bedding could be upgraded. This place has excellent staff.
