The hotel seems perpetually under construction. It is usually cheap and is right on the lrt line for events at the saddledome. Also, the gym is in poor condition.

The room had alot of issues. There were spots on the bed, there was also a big spider web on the window. The TV barely worked, the bathroom lights didn't work at first. There was peeling of the shower floor. The pillows were very poor aswell. My air did not work, an associate came and checked it said they would call me with a room change and that never happened. The assocate also smelled, and it was super strong. If you want to stay somewhere with a low price and low standards this is the place. I will never give business to this horrible place.

The accommodation was satisfactory, although there were minor issues with the room's air conditioning. We recommend considering the inclusion of complimentary breakfast, as well as providing soap and shampoo for guests.

The AC did keep the room cool. Parking was limited.

Close to a train and Roads. Very loud. Property looks unkept. There was a person on drugged outside the building. Called the front desk about it , no one came and check

Hotel is not in great shape. The chair in my room was ripped up. The bathtub had paint that was peeling off. As I was leaving my air conditioner started giving me an error message. Hotel needs some renovation. It looked like they were starting to fix up the rooms.

Some things were broken in the room (outlets, fan in washroom), the gym was not as advertised (things were broken, water was old, only one treadmill, etc), the building was hard to find my way around, the location is sketchy, the walls were so thin I woke up from noise throughout the night even with ear plugs, if you want to switch hotels you don’t get your money back, and there’s no place to fill up your water:/ would not stay here again!

Decent for price room wasnt cleaned at all over my 3 day stay plus mold on roof near window of the suite. Staff was great.

This is an older building. With basic needs fulfilled.

When checking in,the room looked like it was clean,until looking at the bedding! There was blood stains on the white bedding, folding open the bedding, saw that the sheets were not even changed,saw body fuilds dripping down the side of the sheets,and a dirty Q-tip,hair all over the sheets! Was so grossed out! Asked to please give us a cleaner room,took the front desk almost an hour to set us up! Never,ever going back!

When we arrived we had no towels in our room, when we asked for some they did come promptly, but the door on our room was stuck and I couldn’t get it without my husband slamming it closed and yanking it open, if I stayed there without him I probably would have been stuck. We put the card on our door for housekeeping while we were out for the day and when we got back at 8 pm it was evident nobody had come for housekeeping. I would not stay here again.

The air conditioner was displaying an error. I couldn't set the desired temperature in the room. The internet was terrible. We couldn't watch a single show. We told the staff, and they promised to fix it. But nothing ever happened. There are stains on the curtains. The windows are dirty. The paintings are smudged. The bathroom is in poor condition. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. It’s been a long time since the place needed renovating. The ceiling tiles in the hallway are stained. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Parking was easy and secure, but the AC may have not been working. The furniture in some rooms needs attention.

I didn’t like that where the Oriental guest service person put me in room 140, it had no coffee maker, no writing pad, or writing pad, plus the heater that was in there didn’t work. Good thing I had a heater in my car, I went and, got the heater! That was the 2nd room that I was put in, that had no coffee maker! I’m so disappointed in the staff and how they place you in rooms like this! I won’t be back! The hotel lost my business.
