My third time staying here. Will be here again

Very clean room, wonderful facilities, outdoor pool was a massive plus. The room had great amenities, stovetop and bathroom were great. Can be a bit warm in the room on hot days, was 29 degrees in vienna and the room was a bit warmer than hoped despite having the room thermostat set to its lowest Would stay again

The room was nice but not spotless. The parking situation was complicated, to find the entry with the provided coordinates was impossible, the hotel parking was full and the public parking was extremely creepy. The pool was nice in the hot days but i wouldn’t choose it half the year, because of the walking distance, when it gets colder. Also it was smaller than expected. Convenient was the public transport and a shop in house.

Leider passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis m.E. insgesamt nicht und das Konzept wirkt wenig stimmig auf uns. Die Rezeption ist behelfsmäßig in der 5. Etage und etwas schwierig zu finden. Parkplätze gibt es leider nur 5 zum Hotel, diese sind mit 40€ die Nacht m.E. auch sehr teuer. Die Zimmer sind soweit sauber und in Ordnung, ein frischer Spülschwamm und Spülmaschinentabs wären aber auch schön gewesen. Die Klimaanlage ist lediglich ein Wasser-Luft-Wärmetauscher, was keinen wirklichen Kühleffekt erzielt. Das Frühstück war für uns zudem sehr enttäuschend. Es ist zum einen sehr überschaubar, es gibt warme Speisen nur auf Zuteilung (eine ist inklusive) und diese sind sehr lieblos und mit billigsten Zutaten zusammengelegt. Auch die Frische, Qualität und Auswahl lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Jedes Ibis oder BnB Frühstück ist m.E. deutlich besser und günstiger. Am schlimmsten war jedoch der Versuch, den Zimmerpreis doppelt abzubuchen. Erst wollte man den Fehler nicht eingestehen und dann kam kaum ein Wort der Entschuldigung. Wir werden künftig A by Adina meiden.

Stunningly beautiful hotel with amazing syaff

My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna. The infinity pool and wellness area was top notch! The subway was easily accessible as well!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es wurde auf den Gast geachtet. Jedoch würde ich kein zweites Mal dieses Hotel für den Preis wählen, da gibt es in Wien weitaus bessere. Das Frühstück ist sehr mager und dafür zu teuer. Gurken, Rucola, Paprika waren nicht frisch sogar schon trocken. Parkplatz pro Tag kostet 40 Euro, jedoch für den Abreisetag ebenfalls 40 Euro zu verlangen ist in unseren Augen zu viel.

Spitzenstadthotel in sehr guter Lage direkt bei der U-Bahn sowie viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wann ist hervorzuheben ist der Außenpool sowie der Saunabereich mit drei verschiedenen Saunen. Die Zimmer sind absolut ruhig man kann ungestört schlafen.

Nice hotel, close to public transport. Gym facilities were good with a nice spa area. Room was really nice, but dirty glasses with clear lip marks is just a no go. Overall a good experience, and would stay there again.

Room was great, well equipped and comfortable. I had an issue with the TV but it didn’t spoil my stay.

Amazing and very new hotel with all the amenities, very close to the UN! The staff was super nice and the breakfast is special too!
