Everything was wonderful!

Staff was excellent and so nice to have a restaurant right there considering how far out of town it was.

We loved the log cabin style resort, a little way from Jasper but the drive there and back is easy and was not an issue

The cabin was lovely and nice and it had coffee and cream and sugar in it and a very comfortable bed. It could use a bit more lighting on both sides of the bed. Otherwise it was perfect. And the staff was very kind and helpful!

The place itself is lovely (Nice location, good kitchen, etc) but unfortunately I was bitten by Bedbugs in Cabin 10! Nightmare! Had to to hot-wash and hot-dry everything when I got home to make sure I didn't bring back any hitchhikers! Can't say much about staff as I didn't really see anyone. Self-checked in when I arrived after hours.

We stayed in a cabin and it was spectacular. Cute area with fire pits, BBQ and each cabin has its own porch and chairs. Very clean!

Great place and location

Wir hatten eine kleine Hütte für zwei Personen, mit kleiner, aber ausreichend ausgestatteter Küche und kleinem Bad mit Toilette (Oberhalb der Badezimmerwand ist offen). Parkplatz direkt daneben. Unser Zimmerschlüssel befand sich an der Rezeptionstür (da wir später angereist sind), super easy. Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca. 40 Minuten oberhalb von Jasper - es war schön und gemütlich, allerdings würden wir nächstes Mal eine Unterkunft direkt in Jasper wählen, da es für die Nationalparks viel praktisches ist. Kein Wlan kein in den Hütten, nur bei der Rezeption.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Queenbetten im 1. Stock. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal, das Waschbecken ist im Zimmer, daneben ein Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, etwas Geschirr und Besteck sind vorhanden, kleiner Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Die Betten sind bequem, Dusche ist gut. Parkplatz kostenlos. Kein Lift. WLAN ausschließlich in dem Lobby/Rezeptionsgebäude an der Einfahrt zum Resort (bestehend aus Campingplatz, Lodges und dem Haupthaus mit den Zimmern)! Im 1. Stock ist ein offener Dachstuhl mit Fenstern, die man nicht abdunkeln kann. Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten. Gute Brauerei mit Essen nebenan. 40min. Fahrt nach Jasper.

Was great. Love the rustic look but updated. So many choices for a stay here. Cabin, motel or campground. Will def be back

We stayed in one of the cabins over Thanksgiving weekend with our 3.5-year-old. The first night was lovely — the cabin was cozy and just right for our family. Unfortunately, the second night (Saturday), the power went out around 1:30am and didn’t come back fully until after 6am. Our entire row of cabins seemed to be affected. My husband messaged and called twice overnight, but we received no response. By 4am, all three of us were awake, freezing, and unable to use the kitchenette or any lights to entertain our toddler. It was -4°C outside and the cabin got very cold. We ended up cutting our trip short and packing up early. We called several times to confirm the key drop and speak with someone, but received no reply. When we finally reached someone Monday, we were told a manager would call us, but no one did. When we followed up Tuesday, we were told there was nothing they could do since we’d booked via a third party and the rate was discounted, and that the outage was “only a couple hours.” Expedia never indicated the rate was any different than their standard rate. I work in hospitality and understand outages can happen. But the lack of response during the night, and the dismissive attitude afterward, really impacted our experience. We had been excited for this weekend, but sadly it ended on a disappointing note.

Great location to discover Jasper National Park. Both the motel rooms and cabins were lovely. Very friendly staff. Good brewery on site which does lovely food
