Todo perfecto. Pero .... Me levanté a las 3 am al sanitario y a mitad de habitación encontré un Mega cucharacha caminando hacia la cama

La limpieza y las instalaciones

The staff are friendly. However, they don't speak English. It was very difficult to communicate and ask questions. It would be more helpful if they make use of translation apps whenever they have a guest who doesn't speak Spanish. Also, provide guests with list of activities to do in the city. As for amenities, not much other than the break room where you can have a meal. However, it gets very hot as there is no air conditioning in there. The phone in the room did not work. So I had to go downstairs to the front desk whenever I needed anything. The staff really were the highlight of the stay. When the towels provided were not good enough, they went out of their way to buy new towels for me.
