El personal muy poco atento.

Todo en general estuvo muy bien, clima habitación limpia, vista hacia la playa, etc

I enjoyed my time at Caballo Blanco in Mahahual. A calm and relaxed space. Tina, the owner was very helpful and kind, and is readily available. She was welcoming and provided good information about the area. It’s great to have the beach just feet away from the hotel and the restaurant next door easily caters with food and drinks. Although there was some sargassum, the community worked hard to clean it up. A small beach town that feels safe and welcoming. :)

Tiene vista a la playa muy hermosa. Y la habitación estaba limpia. Me encantó el lugar.

Great location. Tina was super helpful. The fourth floor views were great and we enjoyed the sun bathing pool (and its doves). Great to have a safe and daily maid service. If you’re diving with Dr Dive or Tres Amigos this is a great location.

Værelset var rent, god beliggenhed ved stranden og med egen fin strand. God seng. Fin tagterrasse med lille pool. Rart at kunne gå derop og væk fra de mange krydstogtturister der besøger byen i dagtimerne. Gode restauranter i byen. Værelset og hotellet er lidt slidt men et hyggeligt sted at være

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful with everything!!! Tina the owner helped with many answers to questions and referrals on many things. We enjoyed morning coffee on our balcony watching the activities and people watching looking down on the Malecon . My new favorite place for sure!!! It was a week of total relaxation!! The perfect place to truly enjoy the easy days of an AWSOME little Mexican town. We will be back!!! Thanks Tina

Todos los servicios muy bien, toallas limpias, habitacion limpia y bien ventilada, aire acondicionado funcionando correctamente, sistema de cable excelente, muchas felicidades

La habitación estaba muy bonita pero la actitud de la anfitriona deja mucho que desear !!!!

The location is just perfect. We loved the terrace on the roof, great views. The room was clean and comfortable. We felt welcomed.

Nothing like it looks in the photos; it needs a lot of maintenance.

al llegar al hotel la persona que nos atendió muy grosera el lugar no cuenta con estacionamiento y apesta horrible la playa extremadamente llena de sargazo no soporte le olor por lo que preferí buscar otro lugar donde estuviera mas higiénico todo y con playa limpia y una mejor actitud

We visited Mahahual for the first time, traveling from Cancun with a stop at Xel-Ha along the way. The property manager was very accommodating and arranged a smooth late check-in for us. My daughter absolutely loved the beach right in front of the hotel, and we also booked an amazing snorkeling tour. While the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, we found a safe spot by the basketball court just behind the property. We stayed in a double room, which was comfortable and met our needs, with cozy beds for a good night’s rest.

La atención fue amable y eficiente, el lugar es muy tranquilo, pero falta limpieza y mantenimiento a la infraestructura urbana.

En términos generales, estuvo bien, el único inconveniente es que al llegar al hotel hubo una confusión en la habitación, y la persona que nos atendió en primer momento, nos proporciona una información diferente, respecto al costo para poder acceder a la habitación que nosotros queríamos, ya al llegar la persona encargada, nos dijo que el costo era mayor, al final logramos resolverlo y hacer una negociación, pero de inicio fue un poco incómodo que nos otorgarán información diferente.
