Good location for three forms of transport: tourist train, Alhambra bus and taxi. Large bedroom. Adequate kitchen and living. We moved table from right in front of the balcony door because you could not get out easily. Made the space much roomier with easier access to rap-around balcony if you choose this room type (recommended). Everything remotely managed. No human being. We are Australian travellers with no global roaming, so accessing security codes was impossible without using local Starbucks to access wifi.

Amazing place, location and price! The whole process and requests are done online via their site for which for me it was without issue. Would definitely stay there again and consider their other locations!

l'hébergement a été au dessus de nos attentes. la chambre avec le lit pliable additionnel est très bien pour un séjour familial. très bien placé dans le coeur de la ville ancienne. très pratique pour ceux qui n' ont qu un jour ou deux pour visiter Granada. Par ailleurs, communication très facile avec le service client de l'appartement hôtel. bien qu'habituellement je n'aime pas trop ce genre de service "déshumanisé", je dois dire que c'est très bien passé et que tout est très bien organisé.

Everything was clean. Bed was good... fairly firm. Lots of room for 2 people! Good location.

Good communication on how to check-in since there is not in-person receptionist. In the heart of the tourist area. Very convenient. We walked to Mirador de San Nicolá in the evening where you can see Alhambra at a distance and take pictures. The next day we visited Alhambra (reserved tickets 5 weeks ahead). We really liked this aparthotel.

The room was very clean and modern.

Fantastic location from which to explore Granada. All the facilities needed to maker the stay great. Lovely flat, good layout. I would have preferred a private bedroom but this in no way impacted our enjoyment of our stay.
