Lovely host made sure we had everything we needed Clean rooms Nothing wrong at all Excellent

Hotel is central and 5min walk from coral island but was not signposted very well so nearly drove past, it looks like it has recently been renovated but they haven't done the bathrooms as was old and dated and had black mould, shower was very small and as a larger lady I had to squash in, there was no curtains just vertical blinds so very bright of a morning luckily i needed to be up and out early. There was nobody on reception when we arrived but pressed the bell and a polite gentleman came, i asked for 2 fans for 3 of us and he said i could only have 1 which is fine but in this heat needed one for each bed....there is tea and coffee in communal area but nothing in rooms and nothing of an evening that I saw on my 2 night stay. Parking smack bang outside property charged at £10 per night. Would I stay again yes but hopefully with a shower I can fit in.

On arrival the outside of the building give off a run down feeling, I felt disappointed , the on line photos of the rooms made it look much nicer. Check in was fine we were in room 3 ground floor. It was very small with the bed against the wall, and had a very old run down bathroom, with no window or vent. The bedding looked badly creased , so much so I threw them back , I’m still not sure if it looked un- ironed or previously slept in. Either way why was it left looking this way. A few little touches like folded towels, a bottle of water and a chocolate were on the bed. I had nt paid massive amounts for the room but unless other rooms are better, I won’t be recommending it. There were people coming in late in the evening which I totally expected, but the banging of doors and people talking in the early hours made for a disturbed night. You can hear people in the rooms next to you there is no sound proofing. Word of warning, the hotel dose have private parking, which I messaged several times to book with no answer until the day before. But there are only 5 or 6 spaces. But right next door is a pay and display car park , which we pulled in ! At a whopping £18.30 for 24 hours, that’s a lot of money if you’re there for a week.

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at this hotel because on the day of check-in I was informed that the hotel had a power outage and could not accommodate any guests. While I understand that unexpected situations can happen, I was disappointed that no alternative accommodation was offered. Instead, I had to look for another hotel while I was already on my way. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Although I eventually received a full refund, the process took time and had to be handled through Expedia. Unfortunately, I would not choose this hotel again.

Arrived to be told 1 side of building no electricity so found us another room. This was nothing like the advertised rooms. Shower looked dirty but mostly everything else clean although in a terrible state of repair with damp marks, peeling wallpaper etc. We tried to use the shower the next morning and it was freezing cold, when we queried it we were told because no electricity and nothing they can do as runs from other side of the building. The Law states we should have been made aware and offered alternative facilities and allowed to decide if this was acceptable, not left to find no shower facilities when we wanted them. No tv as advertised and definitely no soundproofing, im guessing the better rooms we should have had are the side of the building without electricity. Hotels.com contacted Chris the manager who agreed a refund, but no surprise nobody answered the bell to come and refund (paid cash as they wanted some WhatsApp link used otherwise which im not comfortable with) and now the hotel are not answering hotels.com. I will be escalating this matter as its disgusting to not tell paying customers no showers and still taking money. Shambles of a hotel

When we had to check in they told that they had cancelled booking and we had to find different place on spot with 10 weeks old baby

The hotel was ok and the staff were very helpful.

Sunil was amazing. He was so helpful and accommodated our late arrival. He was so kind even helping us with our luggage.

2nd night in accommodation all OK, not a lot of extras, fairly basic, but clean, small rooms, and pleasant staff when you saw them. No TV's in room OK for me, but may not suit everyone. Quiet position, provided basic tea, coffee, sugar & milk in lounge only, but we were prepared and took our own electric kettle. Convenience store nearby, easy flat walk to Winter Gardens and restaurants. Not much further to beach. Mainly 4 stars as cheap and very handy, with parking.

Small room but adequate, clean, although shower had some black mould that could do with sorting. No TV in room, but good Wi Fi signal. No breakfast, but provided free tea coffee and milk, paper cups and sugar in lounge area. Lounge area not really utilised, did have a TV, but no one used it, Only saw staff once, but I believe live on premises, did provide a phone number to ring if needed anything. Seemed helpful. but never saw them only the once. Never saw any housekeeping. Quite area. Cheap, straightforward, basic accommodation better than quite a lot in Blackpool. Parking £10 a day extra if needed but also next door to a pay as your park, car park 24 hour.

Charged £1O for on-site parking.

Very straighforward check in, comfy room

Great hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room nice and clean. Asked for hair dryer and extra towels, they where brought up quickly.

Parking was available at front of property for a premium price of £10 per day. Rooms are not like pictured they have clearly been altered as they were extremely dated. Many other hotels in the area a lot better and cleaner. No tv in any room no hot showers and beds like rock. Curtains where very thin and let all the light in bedding was not ironed nor where curtains. The property smelt of damp, the stairs make a terrible creaking noise you can constantly hear. Definitely in need of modernisation.

Room was spotless. Easy access to room once spoken to the owner as i had a last minute booking. No concerns

Pictures are very deceiving. I would not recommend this place at all unfortunately. Our room was beyond basic, there were marks all over the walls, something spilt down the side of the broken bedside table, no headbords, the window frame had burn marks on it and was mouldy and filthy. The taps in the bathroom were leaky and I have never seen a shower so mouldy. Had it not been so late when we got to our room I would not have stayed. I didn't see a member of staff when we left, so couldn't raise my concerns. I did ring the bell several times, nobody turned up. I left feeling dirty and tired, this hotel is really not fit for paying guests, sorry.
