The hotel is amazing! New, clean, best bedding and mattresses, warm rooms, courtyard, restaurant on the site and the most important absolutely incredible staff. We were pumped there and felt like royalty. Grimaldi - the hotel manager organized us a private driver and transport to Cusco. The hotel has oxygen on a site. It was very convenient to stay in the middle of the valley and cover all premises

The transportation provided is excellent. The room is great, spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Urubamba. The room was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of hot dishes and fresh fruit every morning. The garden area is beautiful, well maintained, and very charming. The hotel restaurant was also a pleasant surprise — the dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Most importantly, the staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel also helped arrange a private driver for day trips around the Urubamba area, which made exploring the Sacred Valley very convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Sacred Valley.

Quarto limpo, cama maravilhosa, roupa de cama de qualidade, travesseiros maravilhosos. Dormi como um anjo, descansei… quarto muito bom! Chuveiro ótimo, banheiro grande. Atendimento excelente. A única coisa é que fica um pouco afastado do centrinho e das coisas, e para isso precisa chamar táxi ou mototáxi. Não acredito que dê para fazer coisas a pé. Fiquei uma noite, mas foi uma noite reparadora. Acabei não tomando café da manhã então não sei como é. Mas voltaria a me hospedar ali com certeza.
