Rigtig godt hotel til prisen. Vi boede i superior værelse som var dejlig stort og med en stor King size seng. God morgenmad og hotellet ligger dejlig roligt men i gå afstand til operaen og centrum. Der er supermarkeder og restauranter meget tæt på. Godt sted til et besøg i Wien

Lovely hotel with great staff.

Perfekt läge med närhet till många sevärdheter. Fina & tysta rum med sköna sängar. Gymmet var mycket mindre än vad jag hoppades på . God frukost!

Only had breakfast once for free due to long wait at reception to check in. Breakfast seems a little pricey if I had to pay. Room and bathroom slightly tired. Room overlooked main road some would find it very noisy as trams run outside. Overall a nice stay

Personal (im Empfang, Frühstück und Bar) sehr sehr freundlich! Frühstücksauswahl hervorangend. Zimmer und auch Frühstücksbereich + Bar modern und stilvoll. Supermarkt und Drogerie innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die Innenstadt an sich ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen (etwa 15 Minuten).

Very nice neighborhood but a little outside the main attractions.

The breakfast was excellent, evening meal was limited. Didn’t change the menu in the week same menu for a week. have to ask for milk for the room and teabags and water every day. Staff are very friendly and do as much as they can with the limited resources for food and drink bar shops at 9 o’clock so you cannot order anything after nine. rooms were clean and presentable every day.

The hotel was not a 4 star. Not the usual amenities that you would expect. The bathroom had hair stuck on the back of the door. Body lotion empty and not refilled even when we left the top off. The paintwork needed redoing. The bar shut really early so could not use it. The reception staff overall were good apart from one receptionist who did not provide good service at all.

とにかく立地がいい、トラムの駅に近いし、町の中心までの歩いて行けます。部屋は清潔で、1人旅には充分すぎる部屋でした。窓は道路に面していましたが、車の行きかう音などは全く聞こえませんでした。

Excellent hotel with very good facilities. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location of hotel is excellent for wandering around Vienna. Highly recommend.

From the moment we entered the hotel until we left, it was excellent. Staff were very professional and polite. The room was spotless and we couldn't have been happier. The only downside is how much breakfast costs for one person. It is overpriced.

Stayed for a 10 days over the Christmas holidays. Rooms were clean and modern. Not too far from a subway located in a quite part of town. Staff were helpful and accommodated.
