I originally booked a room with king bed. I needed 2 queen but was not available and the cost was more, the staff said it’s not guaranteed however they will see on the day of check in. When it was check in they gave me room with 2 queen beds, it had a very nice kitchenette and nicely renovated. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Close to restaurants etc

Very good

The room has a modern, clean look and was completely quiet at night with good blackout drapes. The amenities were excellent. Kitchenette with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, well placed outlets with USB-B and USB-C plugs integrated. Nespresso machine and separate kettle for tea. There was a filtered water and ice machine in the hallway. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the large shower has a place to put your foot when shaving your legs. Nice, large desk and office chair for work area plus a comfortable sofa for sitting. The breakfast, while pretty much the same as every other hotel's free breakfast, is in the beautiful 12th floor restaurant with fantastic views over the Bow River. We will definitely be back. We walked to and from the Jack Singer concert hall for a show (about 25 minutes one way) and also enjoyed walking to the Kensington area across the bridge. We didn't need our car at all after checking in, although the valet parking ($30) does allow in/out privileges.

My husband and I only stayed for.one night but the room we rented which was a King suite, with sofa bed and river view, and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and most importantly, the King bed was super comfortable!

Fantastic room, great amenities

Clean room, it was disappointed by the AC unit. It was extremely noisy and affected our sleep. When I brought it up to the staff the next morning at checkout, they seemed to just shrug it off as no big deal.

Tengo que decir que he viajado mucho y pasado por muchos hoteles pero ninguno como este. Ha tenido muchos detalles que aun no he visto en ningún sitio. Paraguas, Biblia (lo mejor) en cada pasillo hay un dispensador de agua, cada noche nos pusieron un té caliente que era maravilloso despues de venir de la calle con ese frio. El gimnasio muy completo, las personas que trabajaban muy amables. Tienen un rooftop muy bonito y agradable y los precios son muy asequibles. Nada malo que decir, solo el desayuno bastante pobre en cuanto a la comida salada. Solo 3 cosas a elegir todos los dias, lo demás a sido super bien.

Bare vet jeg ikke, men frokosten var bra, betjeningen veldig hyggelig, pent interiør, hyggelig restaurant i 12etg. Et sted vi gjerne kommer tilbake til.

Breakfast is decent but could be more choices for hot food

I loved my stay. Right downtown, 2 blocks from the train station was incredibly convenient. The room was excellent and super clean, and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was also wonderful.

Terrible breakfast and was cold staff was the worst service ever they acted ;like they did not want to be there I would not book this hotel again because of that. Parking 40 dollars a night get serious.,

The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Very much enjoyed the valet service, size of our room, kitchenette in our room, and the Bow and Bend restaurant for breakfast.
