Soap scum on the floor of the shower. Shower that hard up against the toilet it was hard to use. Bed and bathroom had hair on the pillows and also attached to the floor mat.

We were very happy with our last-minute decision to stop and stay at the drifter in Byron Bay. Staff was extremely accommodating both upon arrival and departure. Location is very handy to everything. We enjoyed our stay thank you.

They absolutely tick all the boxes 10/10. Management and staff . Rooms, facilities, cleanliness, location. Value for money. And just the way it operates making it so easy and pleasant for the customer. I have travelled extensively and this hotel impressed me . I would highly recommend it .

Clean room, friendly staff, however a lot of dirt next to the bed but no issue

Lovely property, helpful staff, modern and clean… only issue was we were right near the toilets so woken all night by the door swinging/slamming and handryer at all hrs

This place is fine if you are a teenager but it’s not a place for grown ups! It was full of young people, in and out of each other’s rooms, a guy ironing in the corridor - we felt really uncomfortable and left to stay elsewhere!

Good location, great free yoga, nicely decorated. But rooms have no sound-proofing so it's very loud at night, and there's a bar right next door. We were in a private room which didn't get cleaned at all during our 4 night stay, and there was a bad mould smell in the bathroom. Staff aren't very friendly, feels like you're inconveniencing them even at check-in.

the location is good but the condition of the place was poor, major renovations and very noisy at night, it’s essentially a youth hostel so full of young people coming and going down the halls at all hours of the night.

Rooms are very clean. Staff are excellent and very friendly and eager to help answer any questions. The property is in central Byron, very close to all the shops and bars, etc. The rooms are a little noisy, you can hear the doors opening from either a fire door or the common area toilets being opened at all hours of the night.

We stayed in the private double room and it was so nice! Lovely decor, clean & provided toiletries, tea/coffee/milk in the room which was very convenient! The walls were pretty thin so pack ear plugs if your wanting a peaceful sleep as it is a hostel on the 1st floor we could hear lots of people in the night/morning. The decor of the lobby is really cool too and great location in the middle of Byron!

O quarto é lindo porém muito barulhento e com muita claridade, são um pouco rígido demais com o check in eu cheguei 15 minutos antes e tive que esperar, estive em mais de 10 acomodações na Austrália e em todas que cheguei um pouco antes fiz check in
