Honestly cannot praise Paraiso Private Residences enough. Luxury condos close to everything with private security, 24/7 access to parking and private elevator. Friendly staff and security who actually do their jobs. Condo was fully supplied with everything we needed even gear to go to the beach, washer and dryer and the grocery store is literally right beneath you in the mall, so anything else you might need is a short elevator ride and walk away. Only real feedback I can leave on the negative, which isn't their fault, is that there was construction going during hours from 10pm to 2 am and it was crazy loud and since you are close to everything, the night scene is recognizable but manageable. Again not on them but something travelers should know about and obviously the construction will be done at some point and because of how nice the place is and so convenient to everything, especially if you are fishing, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again even if the noise was still going on.

Excellent. Located at marina at waterfront. Big funished apartment. Nice kitchen, very big balcony patio with table, chairs and barbaque. 3 tv with netfix. Washer and dryer too. Safe indoor parking included. Excellent value.

Luxurious and amazing views

HOT WATER! Overall the property was nice and in an excellent location. The staff were very nice and professional. Unfortunately, we did not have any hot water for the first few days of our 9 night stay. We did notice a few other reviewers recently mention the same thing. They did finally turn it on and it was very hot, so once you have it, Awesome. Also you should know this condo is right in the middle of the action so quite a bit of noise is to be expected. It is also located above a mall and on our last 2 nights the stores underneath us decided to do some remodeling and we had the very loud drilling and hammering going until 2am. So there are some very great things about this place (view, location, kitchen, and laundry) but a few negatives as well such as hot water and noise.

There was no hot water ever. Cold dhowers are not my thing.

Location was great and Renee (our host) was very reaponsive and helpful. The unit itself had issues with AC, hot water, door locking system, etc. Again Renee and team were very responsive in helping us resolve issues

The unit was spacious, quiet, super convenient as to location. Having in unit laundry WS great. Property is secure.

The perfect location if you’re ever staying in Cabo San Lucas. Steps to the Marina & mall with all the restaurants and water activities. Very short walk to all the nightlife, and even shorter walk to the beach life. The property was very clean and safe. The staff was amazing and the unit looked exactly like the photos, but even better in person! I would definitely stay here again.

Paraiso Residences is right on the marina. The property is safe, beautiful and very comfortable for a family. Communication with the host was excellent. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing property! The location is fantastic, the views are fantastic, the property is clean, quiet and well appointed. The interior is very modern and comfy. The location is just above a shopping mall which includes a nice grocery store. The marina is right outside and you have an abundance of restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Had a great stay at the Paraiso Residence. I loved the marina view from the room, and the location near everything. I actually enjoyed staying here better than a lot of the 5-star hotels in Cabo. I will definitely stay here again!

The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long.

Place was excellent. Right in the marina very easy location to everything. Could almost throw a baseball to our boat. Rented the 3 bedroom place and it was perfect for our group. Only recommendation would be to include a phone number or sign to call upon arrival, finding front desk is a little tricky. Followed the directions to come in the rear parking garage and talk to security, but no security in booth. Had to ask another store to call Paraiso front desk. In order to get to front desk you need to take elevator to 4th floor, but you need room key to use elevator. Please include that in Check In email, or phone # to call front desk upon arrival. Other than that, place is fantastic and will definitely stay here again

The Paraiso Residences are lovely. The location was great. Walkable to everything. Would definately stay here again
