Parking is a hit or miss. If its too busy then they say parking is full and you will have to rely on other means

Excellent location. Easy checking in and out.

Bed sheets were too small for the bed, there was dirt around the bottom of the tiles in the bathroom. They gave us 2 towels and 2 hand towels, no face clothes. The window frames were gross and no screens on the window and the ceilings were peeling. The rafters they have open in there were split and not that we did it but if someone decided to hang from them they could get hurt. I folded up the sofa bed so we could use the couch and there was dirt all over underneath of it. I would hate to see under the rest of it. Then there was the parking, $35 to park and a spot is not guaranteed as they park other cars in there as well. I think if you're staying there you should be guaranteed a spot.

The a/c was amazing there wasn’t that much parking

We went for Canada Day and considering the chaos of cars and people, parking was relatively easy to find and staff brought us to our room quickly. Why I’m rating this place so low is because we originally booked for two queen beds but got stuck with a king bed cause they “double booked” it. They offered us free parking once I pointed out the price discrepancy which was great until 3 days before our trip they went back on their word because they added a pull out bed, when that still doesn’t account for the room size difference and pricing, but okay. Then when we tried to talk to management after letting an employee know, they never showed up to our room. We woke up in the morning to a boot on our vehicle put on by management, completely out of the blue, and had to wait until crabby’s opened at 11 to get the boot off when we had plans to leave earlier, and on top of that had to pay for the parking because we were fed up and wanted to leave. Overall, the room was nice, but we were just hit with so much stress and terrible experiences by the hands of the management that we would NEVER stay with them again. (The boot was so unnecessary, like seriously!!)

It was perfect

Arrived around 11am so we could pay for 24 hour parking. We were told parking was 25-30. It was $35. But still cheaper to park there and walk down to the beach. Everything worked great, fridge was a bit beaten up and the sink was broken. They added cream, milk and utensils in the room which was nice. Neighbours were loud and annoying. *this is above crabby joes and we only heard cheering from the patio* which was fine but our neighbours were a group of kids. Staff were friendly.

Great location on the main strip over a good restaurant/ bar. I did find the big lit sign for the Colonial Hotel outside my window flickered through at night. It was bothersome.

Was supposed to receive an email 48 hours before check-in as there is no front desk at this hotel - did not receive email. Once arrived had to call the number three times before somebody finally answered. Then had to wait for lady to come take us up to our room. There was no parking left in the parking lot for the hotel so we had to park way down the road and pay which was not stated in the reservation listing. The room was not great - dirty Kleenex left on the table, floor floors were disgusting (it was like they had been swept or mopped in a month), coffee maker but no mugs - got annoyed when we asked for mugs. When checking out how to take keys to the restaurant - had to wait about 15 minutes because nobody would come to the door and I finally walked back to the kitchen door and yelled hello till finally somebody came out. The location of this hotel is great. But there needs to be more services and more communication with hotel guest..

The location was perfect! About a 5-10min walk to the main beach. Close to multiple shops and food options. The parking was a bit confusing to find at first but once we got there it was good. Room was clean. Loved the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Suites, our room was recently renovated, modern and clean, the location was convenient being right downtown, and the staff were terrific, courteous, professional and eager to make sure we had great stay.

The room was amazing and the stay was amazing as well. The only negative feature about the room was that there was a huge Crabby Joe's LED board that stays on all night long outside. However, they have done their best with resolving this issue with lots of retractable blinds that block out most of this lighting. The staff at Crabby Joes were amazing as well and were very helpful when needed.

Great people and the rooms we got were clean and nice

Everything was fabulous! No complaints, the room was clean and spacious, shower water nice n hot! Parking great and easy access to to room from the front and back. Also enjoyed the deck. Definitely would return to stay here

We had a great experience staying at Coastal Suites. The room looks modern and clean. We’ll be back! :)

Quiet and very clean, perfect balcony attached!

The pictures are deceiving. The actual finishes are not well done, and our room was on an obvious slant. We did not realize it was located above a restaurant. The noise was fine at night with the TV on, but loud early morning when our room was quiet and they were setting up for breakfast. Tried to have a shower. Cranked the controls to as hot as possible and the water was tepid at best. That happened when we first got there and in the following morning. The door stop in the floor by the shower is an accident waiting to happen. It isn’t secured to the floor safely and is centred in front of the entrance to the shower. The Smart Lock unlocked the door, but it would only open half the time. The location was great, but we will never stay there again.

Check in information was not provided. When I asked on the day of check in, it took them a week to respond. I had to call and it was still unclear. The room was eventually fine but not in great shape.
