By far my favorite hotel in Puerto Escondido. Second time staying here and I definitely recommend it. Cleanliness to great communication with staff. Close to the beach. It’s amazing.

Fernando and his team are truly some of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered. I had a medical emergency during my stay, and they went out of their way to support me with genuine care and compassion. It’s something I will never forget. Beyond that, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed and incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for its aesthetic and comfort, but for the extraordinary people behind it.

This place is an amazing hotel, a very welcoming and super helpful and nice staff. the facility is spotless, clean comfortable just amazing.

The staff were amazing - had a list of recommendations including whale watching, resturants and taxi drivers that was very very helpful. Great pool and beautiful courtyard - quiet location.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse si estás en puerto , cerca de la playa, av el morro , Punta zicatela ! Las habitaciones están muy equipadas te prestan hasta sombrillas y camastros para q te los lleves a la playa! La antencion del señor Fernando de primera

La verdad la mejor inversión. Es una excelente opción para hospedaje y el staff es super amable. 10/10 Si volvemos a Puerto Escondido, regresamos sin duda

Todo muy lindo

Especialmente las atenciones de los propietarios que manejan el hotel. Luis y Fernando nos hicieron sentirnos en casa y desde luego las instalaciones de primera, limpias y nuevas

El personal es súper amable . Las instalaciones como nuevas y cómodas , todo funcionando como debe de ser. Tienen una alberca que en lo personal la usábamos por la tarde/noche después de todo el día turisteando y es súper relajante. Es un complejo pequeño y muy silencioso. Está ubicado entre la punta y Zicatela lo que hace que esté muy cerca de todos los bares y restaurantes. Fuimos en fechas de día de muertos y nos regalaron un par de tazas y pan de muerto . Fue un buen detalle .

¡Preciosa! Nos hospedamos en la suite Luis y apreciamos mucho los complementos que ofrece: los camastros para playa, la sombrilla, los artículos de baño. Todas las recomendaciones que nos enviaron nos facilitaron la estancia (taxi, scooters, spa). Zona muy tranquila.

El personal es súper amable y siempre estuvieron al pendiente de brindarnos recomendaciones sobre lugares para comer, divertirse, actividades recreativas, etc. El lugar es muy acogedor y privado.

Me gustó mucho la tranquilidad y la amabilidad de los empleados. Lise nos recibió y nos explicó todo sobre el hotel. Es un lugar muy bonito y está cerca de Zicatela y de la Punta Zicatela a pie.
