Værelset var ikke klar da vi ankom (efter anført indtjekningstidspunkt). Service på værelset var beskidt. Elevator virkede ikke.

Das Zimmer war schön, groß, sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war gut und der Service war super. Bis auf den nächtlichen Feueralarm und dass pünktlich um 10 Uhr der Staubsauger im Frühstücksraum läuft, war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Danke.

The room was clean and comfortable. The sauna took a bit of time to heat up but it was a nice feature. Check-in was easy. They provide a QR code in the room to book taxis, which was very convenient. The lift is very quaint and unique. The location was very convenient to the Rovaniemi bus station and supermarkets. A short 15 minutes walk into the city.

The staff here was so incredibly friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make our trip a positive one. Would highly recommend.

Great staff. Room was very nice. The shower/bathroom is interesting but all was good with the super squeegee.

Il letto era composto da 2 letti e materassi singoli avvicinati che durante la notte si aprivano nel mezzo. In bagno non c’era nulla per appoggiare le cose. Rapporto qualità prezzo assurdo

Staff and their policies are unreasonable. I was also charged for breakfast. I did not eat breakfast at all and I like to request a refund. Heater does not work. AC indeed works full blast. Absolutely no staff on site and no one answers the phone after 10 PM. Never again.

The hotel was really spacious, and I loved having a kitchen—it made the stay feel so much more comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay!
