The good: the location was great. Close to a few metro stations and lots of buses. Our hostess/property manager was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The bad: the layout of the 2br suite was just bizarre. You entered into a common room of sorts with strange seating. Then you walked through what appeared to be a wardrobe with a sink (??) In to the first bedroom. Quite small, 2 small beds. You exit that room to enter the shower area which only has a curtain for privacy unless you closed in the guests to to the other small rooms. Next came the private washroom on the right past the shower, then the kitchen past the bathroom, also on the right. Lastly was the 2nd bedroom, quite spacious with 2 larger beds. They were insanely uncomfortable! The floor was better than either of these 2 beds. One was so soft you sunk in to the point where it was hard to get out of bed, and the other was like sleeping on bricks. And all of the pillows were dreadful. The kitchen was very small with only a single burner hotplate for non-microwave cooking. I have stayed in other locations of this nature in Tokyo, Osaka, Naha and Ishigaki and they were vastly superior.

Very home-like vibe! The location is close to stations alongside shops/food options that are nearby. As for the room, it was nice and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful with the process and alongside any inquiries we had. I can definitely recommend KIZEN VILLA! :)

Such a nice place for a group to stay! We found it very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very spacious and convenient for getting on the train. Fang was an excellent host!

Staff friendly. Close to 2 stations. Odd layout but workable.

I truly recommend this establishment if you want quiet area close to subway, bakery, grocery store. The host is an amazing and caring person that helps with all your needs.

Staff is very nice and accommodating. Got the 2 bedroom and it was huge. A bit quiet so you’ll need to train or grab to most places.

너무 좋았어요. 3층은 30평 정도되서 6인 이상도 충분히 잘 수 있고, 매일 11시 이후에누 키젠카페어서 커피도 한잔 할 수 있어 정말 좋아요

Perfect stay felt as if I had a home here in Tokyo, the staff is very friendly and are always willing to help out. The area is also amazing to walk around as well as a 5 min walk away from the closest metro station

Highly recommend Kizen Villa! Location was great, very close to the subway station that can take you right into Shinjuku and other popular parts of Tokyo. The facility was very clean and the staff was so kind. We stayed as a family of 5 and it had all the amenities and space we needed. This location would be great for groups too.

If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay look no further. This property was spotless, it was a very comfortable room. Fang is an excellent host and very accommodating. She was friendly, polite and her English was excellent. It was very homey.
