We stay for 5 nights in this hotel, and overall enjoy it, Location was in Medina are, convenient to be close for all sightseeing, eating and shopping. Staff was very good, helpful, kind and friendly. Breakfast was good but needs more variety. Room was clean, but much smaller from the picture, Bathroom was a little outdated and fan was too noisy. Roof top are was very nice for having breakfast. Nice place, but very unique ( not for everybody).

Everything was perfect, we couldn’t be happier we stayed here. It was beautiful, the workers were great people and extremely hospitable. It was extremely clean and they even let us check in early they provided a delicious breakfast and at the end of our stay they offered a great deal on an early morning shuttle to the airport. Couldn’t recommend this place any more. 10/10!!!

We had a great stay at Riad Zazz. The room is very spacious and clean. Every morning they serves us with hot breakfast and it is delicious. The front reception Lahsen ( both same name) is very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this Riad and I feel comfortable staying there.

Lahcen...excellent service. Met us at car park n walked with us to Riad On arrival we were served mint tea n cookies. He showed us round property n helped with purchasig sim card Also accomodate us with early breakfast...which was really nice n fresh

Il Riad è piccolo, carino e molto minimal. È completamente aperto quindi in questi giorni di freddo le aree comuni erano gelide. La camera molto spartana ma molto pulita. La terrazza molto bella ma poco sfruttata. Personale fantastico, molto gentili e disponibili. Colazione buona, su richiesta può essere più abbondante. Zona: nel cuore della Medina, si trova nella parallela di una via principale, in una strada a fondo chiuso un po’ scomoda da raggiungere

Staff exceptional!!! The 2 guys who were on duty attended to our needs. The room was small no problem but we were the only ones in the Riad. I had complementary upgrades but wasn’t offered. I did mention it to the staff but I’m not sure if he understood. The breakfast wasn’t what I expected but he went out of his way. It was in the Medina close to everything but down a long alleyway. I never felt threatened or unsafe, but I was with my husband.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Zazz. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The rooftop was one of our favorite spots, having breakfast up there was such a nice way to start the day. The location is great and close to everything. It was a bit tricky to find at first, like many places in the Medina, but once we figured it out, it was perfect. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable Riad not far from the Medina. The day and night men, both named Lahcen, did a great job taking care of us - meeting us for the final short walk to the Riad, setting up transportation to and from the airport, answering questions, providing a good breakfast, and providing recommendations as we needed. They were both friendly and helpful.

Wasn't sure what to expect as Riad Zazz is in the Medina with it's hectic souks and alleyways. It's a good five minutes walk from being dropped off by the taxi and the internet is too intermittent for Google maps. Much of the decor is original and has a nice warmth about it. Our room was basic but clean with a comfy bed and good shower. The rooftop terrace is a great place to chill out or sunbathe. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were available 24/7 Breakfast was a simple affair with a bowl of chopped fruit, tea/coffee, crepes/pancakes with honey, jam or soft cheese The only downside is the alleyways to the Riad are a bit dark and you don't give you a feeling of security. Overall a good experience

Excellent accueil. L’équipe a été très attentionnée avec nous pendant tout le séjour. Chambre bien aménagée et très calme. Très jolie Riad avec un aménagement du toit très sympathique. On y mange très bien. Il y a des jeux pour les enfants. Fortement recommandé!

The common areas of the Riad are lovely- beautiful courtyard and terrace. Our room on the ground floor had no window and was noisy at night with guests coming and going, Hammam was not in use. Staff were friendly and helpful (although they would not swap the room for us to a quieter one with a window saying the Riad was full, despite there being other rooms available on Expedia) Good location for restaurants and the Celine spa next door was great.

The arrival was bad. No Moroccan tea offered and they asked to pay the little car to bring the luggage for 5 euros. I had to negotiate with the people and it was breaking the vibe a the arrival to be honest. The road is quite ok but the Hamman was broken and they never said that in the booking or before we arrived. The service was ok overall. Otherwise Location is amazing and the bed comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Zazz. LHussain is a great host, very helpful and caring. We had all information required for our stay plus our welcome Morroco tea with special tasty dessert. The place was very clean and authentic if you are looking for a great original high standards Riad then this is the place for you. It is a walking distance from most of what the centre of Marrakech offers. It has a lovely terrace where we had our delicious breakfast & spent some of our evening there too. The room was big and offered towels and toiletries too. LHussain Thanks for providing us an authentic experience at Riad Zazz.
