The building makes a strong first impression. The common areas feel well-maintained and inviting, which initially raised my expectations for the stay.
Unfortunately, the experience in the room didn’t match that standard. The housekeeping service was consistently unreliable. Despite placing the “make my room” sign on the door multiple times, my room was often not cleaned unless I reached out to the front desk—sometimes more than once. This happened repeatedly during my stay, which became frustrating.
Another issue was the temperature control. The heat in the room can become overwhelming, and the fans provided don’t do much to improve the situation. At times, it felt uncomfortably hot—almost like a sauna—which made it difficult to relax.
Overall, while the building itself is appealing, the lack of dependable housekeeping and poor temperature control significantly impacted my stay.
