Room was clean. Staff at front desk were kind HOWEVER the tvs are run on wifi and my entire 4 night stay had lagging wifi. Never went more than 5 minutes without the tv glitching. Brought the concern forward multiple times, yet no solution was given. Wasn’t offered a different room, wasn’t offered a partial refund. What else do you do in a hotel room but watch tv. So disappointing. When I checked out, I was expecting to have a conversation with staff about this again but no one was working the front desk

I have never stayed at a hotel that the beds sunk in or if you slept on one side the mattresses raised... i switched to two other rooms and same thing... i never leave comments... but this was so disappointing... i noticed in both washrooms the showers were filthy the counter and shelfs had stains ...the rugs were not vacuumed...yet i dont understand the high ratings!!

Stayed here before early morning flight out of Toronto airport and it was very convenient and affordable. On-site parking for car for the keep at very reasonable price. Short Uber from the airport. The place was very nice and clean. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Room was great for the price. Quite small and could use a few minor updates but overall very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone travelling and would definitely stay there again.

Close to airport. Great for solo traveler. Great price. A lot of TV channels. Only complaint is that there was a coffee maker in the room but not coffee.

A hairdryer in the bathroom would be great but other than that it was awesome!! Felt very safe, super quiet building and clean.
