La limpieza muy bien es un hotel no con muchas comodidades pero limpio lo malo la recepcion es como un pequeño cuadrado y no se ve la cara de la persona y hay que dar la llave cada vez que sales

Best thing is location to Basilica. They make you leave room key every time you leave! It's frustrating waiting in line for 5-10" to get your key each time. I know it's Mexico, but they do advertise they speak English, but I only came across 1 employee on the night shift. Rooms are clean, safe, hot water, AC worked well.

El hotel esta muy limpio. Lo que no me gusto fue la cama esta muy incomoda es como dormir en el suelo muy dura y tiene un forro de plastico muy grueso.

It was very clean and economical. Small rooms but quite comfortable. The staff was very helpful, kind, and understanding of pilgrims.

This hotel has no Lobby , no seat while waiting a ride the person doing check in or out is behind polarized glass.You do not know who you are dealing with.The rooms has no glass to drink water..The bathroom is very small hardly you can seat on the toilet.

Hotel was clean. There was no hot water for the 2 nights of my stay & no communication was received from the staff regarding any repairs.

Excelente ubicación... instalaciones nuevas... sobre la avenida hay bancos, comida, restaurantes, comercio. Muy bonito y seguro lugar

It's a small room simple but the bathroom design is terrible. The water from the shower ended up under the bed and wetting the bedding and out stuff. Made the stay really uncomfortable.

Es un hotel super limpio está en la mejor área si quieres estar cerquita de la basílica además cerca de la línea 6 del metro donde puedes transbordar tranquilamente hacia rutas como estacionamiento norte donde solo tomando un bus te lleva hasta Teotihuacan o si quieres ir a Chapultepec dos trasbordos y llegas alrededor tienes de todo donde comer comprar miles de recuerdos
