Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff was friendly, the location is in the middle of everything, and the facility was so clean.

Great location, walking distance to many places. Lidl was righ around the corner for our groceries and a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The property was very clean and quiet, very convenient check in and out, with very easy instructions. Well appointed kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine. Sofa bed with additional sheets, pillows and blanket. All our questions and concerns were addressed promptly to our complete satisfaction except for one unpleasant moment. We were given a room appointed for handicapped people, and while these accommodation are absolutely necessary for someone, they were quite uncomfortable for us. We asked for a different room, but were told no other room was available at the time. Note for myself: in the future to ask not to be placed in this type of room. Other than that we loved everything and would love to come and stay in Libere Madrid Malasana again and recommend it to others.

The apartment was clean. Love the security gated doors it has. Stayed for about 9 nights and everything was perfect. Came with kids and my kids loved it as well. It such in a good spot close to McDonald’s, Mercadona and coffee spots

Location was great. Apartment had everything you need except for a microwave. Perfect place to stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The hotel is located in a trendy neighborhood with plenty of great eats and shops. Also convenient access to the metro, making it easy to get around.

Felt very safe, clean, spacious for one person, I imagine for two the same. Very easy to get into with it being online only check in

Had everything that we needed; the hands-off check-in and check-out were nice. We did not see any staff. Using the app as our key was so useful, and arriving to find a washer after 3 days of hiking in Mallorca was an unexpected surprise.
