I booked this hotel for my girlfriend while she visited the Cusco area. She was absolutely amazed by the service level and hospitality. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, unlike many others in Cusco. It is not super fancy on the outside, but very close to the main square and a short but steep walking distance to Saksaywaman. Breakfast was delicious.
