Check in process was a bit of a nightmare due to a miscommunication in asking for my documentation via Expedia (against policy) and took over 2 hours to resolve. Staff would only help when I provided a name and number of a host which I did not receive until after my arrival and panicking to resolve. Access card would not work on check out day and required security to let me use the elevator which was not mentioned to me at all. Room itself was great and fully stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware so I could cook as needed.

The room was infested with cockroaches. Dead and live cockroaches were crawling on floors and walls..I checked at midnight but couldn't sleep and checked out in a few hours soon as the sun came up.
