Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney

The hotel simply charged me for a bottle of wine which we didn’t consumed. It’s same as stealing from me

Everything was so perfect, neat and tidy, spacious, 10-15 minutes walk to Opera House, not to talk about 2 mins to light rail station.

I do not believe this hotel deserves a five-star rating; it should rather be classified as a three-star hotel. The concierge service was inadequate despite my booking for four nights with two rooms each night. It was perplexing why they only granted me accommodation for three nights with two rooms. Consequently, it took considerable time to reconfirm my stay for the additional night. Even though I had made these bookings months in advance, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the hotel. My friends and I are profoundly disappointed, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel and staff

便利なロケーションにあり、建物自体は若干古さを感じさせるものの良くメンテナンスされている様子で、部屋は清潔でした。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Our stay was excellent, interactions with all staff were professional and friendly.

The check in staff were fine. The valets, concierge, guys at the front door were outstanding. So helpful and made me really feel like a valued client!

After a problem with a room in check in, manager Shania looked after us (thank you). A sign of good management is resolving problems. Location is excellent, bathroom is large and very clean. Breakfast is very good, a thank you to Nakita for great coffee. Bellman are very helpful, friendly, greet you with a welcome and smile. Parking is convenient.

We were extremely disappointed that when booking through Wotif that there was no information stating the pool was being renovated. We live in Sydney however I took the kids away for a night - and only found on arrival the pool was out of order. However the food was amazing.

Accommodations were outstanding. The staff were amazing.

Food was great. So much so that i started loving chia 😀 the room was clean but there was definitely evidence of age. However love this hotel

Quarto grande e confortável, com banheiro espaçoso e com chuveiro excelente. O colchão da cama poderia ser melhor. Funcionários prestativos e limpeza perfeita do quarto. A piscina estava inoperante (em reforma). Academia modesta.

Pool facilities were not available, which was the main attraction when booking the hotel.

Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Coffee was very good which is a bonus. I felt that the room could have done with a proper clean though…particularly the bathroom. One thing I noticed on this stay was that they no longer provide in the room the bathroom accessories like shower caps, sewing kit, cotton buds etc which is nice to have available rather than requesting the items when needed.
