布莱顿服务式公寓酒店

客戶訂3人加床及付額外床位費，結果衹作2人處理。接待處職員沒按時上班，也沒留意峉戶需要，客服不合格。不過，賓館位置算適中，接近火車站及超市食肆，附近環境清潔舒適; 但作為賓館似乎設施欠缺例如杯碟食具。

Staff is nice, apartment is comfy. There are many reataurants, supermarket and pharmacy in walkable distance. Very convenient and the rate is not high, good to stay.

比想像中要好，當初預定了一間3人房，1張雙人床及1張梳化床，最後他們給了1張雙人床及1張單人床的房間我們，而且有露台，看到中庭的風景，實在意想不到！而且床間整潔度比酒店還要好，裝潢也看得出是新的，只是家具看來是用了好幾年。每天也收拾床鋪。真的像家一樣有齊廚房電器，工具，叉刀碟碗。走路2分鐘就到大型超市，買菜一流，泊車位也方便。只是有一個缺點，我的iphone充電器被收拾房間的人推床時撞彎了，可能他沒看到我把叉電器插在牆上。但整體是舒服的Apartment。

不太好找，至少用我们iGO导航，在酒店边上转了好几圈才发现标识和入口。房间非常漂亮，干净和舒适，餐具炉灶一应俱全。两室一厅的房子，如果能有烘干机和两个独立洗澡间就更好了。是我们12天澳洲行最贵的酒店，确实不错，不过相比较菲利普岛的华美达性价比稍逊一筹。

用IiGo导航，已经导到了地方，但找酒店标识和入口却花了些周折。一进房间，非常干净和漂亮，很棒！餐具和炉灶很全。总体来说酒店质量和舒适度值得称赞，就是有些小贵了，是我们澳洲12天旅行中最贵的一家酒店。另外，我们入住的是两室一厅的公寓式酒店，2大人2孩子，如果能像菲利普岛的华美达一样，提供两个独立洗澡间和烘干机就更好了。

设备齐全，有洗衣机，洗碗机，烤箱等很方便，但床不够舒适。房间有蚂蚁。

The accommodation was atrocious

I hadd read some reviews and rang and spoke to a man on reception....he assured me that our room would be clean. I must admit that it was reasonably clean but very tired. Good points....clean white sheets, pillow cases and towels. The bed was quite comfortable as were the pillows. The kitchen was neat and tidy....we only used cups for a cup of tea. Bad points.... the entrance and passage ways reeked of cigarette smoke. Inside, the curtains in bedroom were hanging off and in lounge they weren't even hemmed. The whole apartment needed painting and the shower was full of mould. Also, toilet leaked. A lot of work needs to be done to bring it up tp standard.

Worse accommodation we have ever stayed in. Property does not reflect pictures on line. Mould in bathroom,carpet stained and tattered, lounge worn through in patches, should be thrown to tip,rangehood inoperable, slide out section falls to floor when attempting to operate, massive holes through bedroom door, doona unusable due to excessive staining, Luckily there is a Coles nearby where we were able to buy cleaning products to deep clean and disinfect complete unit, there was very limited cutlery,cups & plates but all were put through dishwasher before using, vanity falling apart, toilet clogging up. The two good things, clean sheets & hot water

Room was having a bug and utensil were not very good.

The rooms smelt horrible, stains on the carpet, not the four star deluxe room I was expecting.

Good location for where we needed to be. It also had the amenities that we required. The apartment we stayed in could do with new carpet and a good clean. Note the bathroom is in the main bedroom and there is no lift to the first floor, so bear these in mind. Close to transport and dining options.

We are really disappointed with the room. The air conditioner filters have clearly not been cleaned in over 6 months, if not more, there’s no smoke detector which would be a violation against Australian standards, god knows what was on the ‘clean’ bathmat (luckily there was a spare one), the fan in the bathroom is really loud, the shower head does not stay up when you use it, carpet had clearly not been vacuumed between guests and not enough glasses (1 wine glass is ridiculous), remote control for TV does not work properly, the whole complex completely open to the public provides no security. A complete rip off, should update photos to reflect the sub standard quality standard qubwitourprovider

Excellent location. Late check in was smooth. But the room was a bit unclean.

I did not stay at the property as the smell was horrible. Even though staff said they could not smell anything. This is not a nice place at all. I handed key back and didn't stay. Half refund. Never again

The apartment was in need of a good clean. There was a good inch of dust around the skirting boards and flaked vinyl below the bed head. No mattress protecter meant that it was just the sheet and the mattress.(did not feel very hygienic). After giving them our credit card details (new card) we were hacked a few days later and had to cancel our credit card.

they need to do a lot of Maintenace. g Guttering falling off. Rooms need a fresh coat of paint and carpets replaced. Oven dirty, still had old foil in the bottom.
