Quiet place to stay and walk distance to city centre

Front desk reception has an attitude problem, rude n blunt, reluctant to address to guests' request, hysterical n distressed, claimed guests harassing her, we upfront told her to call police if she wanted to but didn't happened. Furnitures in room were sub standard compared with listed per purchase confirmation, i.e. wifi was weak, no telephone set, depost safe key not found though agreed to make deposit. Wash room floor watering from nowhere during our entire 3 nights' stay. Not worth staying except city core location.

有蟻但方便

酒店价格还是算比较便宜的，所处的区域也比较好找。 房间内竟然还有蟑螂！！ 有个小阳台，可是没有洗衣机干衣机。有冰箱，有烧水壶。 总体一般。凑合住吧。不过停车很方便，有很多停车位。

Not worth 3 star at all. Too far from city center. Shower is a total failure. No extra socket in room, i have to unpkug the tv and fridge to charge my phone

The spa bath was good but mist other things weren't great. On cecking tensils first breakfast, was really under equipped, not even the basics. Got them delivered but after breakfast the next day. Should have been there to start.

Rummet var helt ok. Gammalt och slitet men ren säng. Badrummet var lite smutsigt. Personalen hjälpte inte till alls och har väldigt dåliga öppettider i receptionen. Jag var tvungen att ringa deras natt nummer för att få hjälp med grannar som var högljudd och skrek och spelade musik hela natten men ingen i personalen var villig att hjälpa. Oacceptabelt. Hotellet har inte heller någon grind eller staket som skyddar från att obehöriga ska komma in på området vilket kändes väldigt osäker och otryggt. Vem som helst kan komma in på området under natten och det känns inte bra. Jag skulle inte boka detta boende igen. Nog det sämsta stället jag bott på.

there was no wi fi in the room thus I had to come at reception during the day and at night I had to come sit outside reception thus very inconvenient, for that I give an overall score of 2/5; hope this improves next time am here

Good fora couple of days

No working tv, noisy air con and no way to turn it off. Cockroaches galore. Shower was great and it was spacious. Also lots of kitchen facilities. Needs a bug clean up and update in pretty much everything. Don’t like not having human contact on arrival.

I was a late check in so didn’t really deal with any staff. Although I was emailed the details of how to collect my key out of hours. Room was ok, but didn’t have power points next to the bed, which is normally to be expected these days. Not too far from Cairns cbd, which is convenient

Great room for the price… the deepest pool in all of Cairns

Something else: I cancelled the booking as I had mistaken the name “Sheridan” for Sheraton”. It was of course not a Sheraton by any stretch of an imagination

The cleanliness need to be improved. Found long hair in the shower on the floor. Vent was full of dust. Curtain right next to the bed had food on it that wasn't cleaned off. A towel left from previous guest left outside on the chair that was used to sit on.

This room was very basic but could have done the job if (I’m guessing) the maintenance staff weren’t banging, yelling abuse, coming and going constantly, entertaining, and get drunk or off their face on drugs in their area right next to the room we were allocated at all hours of the night No other staff on site at night Not a wink of sleep for us and an earlier flight… do not recommend, things need to change! (Receptionist was lovely when we checked in)
