The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was very convenient with easy access to attractions and public transport. The buffet breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options.
Unfortunately, our initial room had a few issues — the toilet and lights were not working. The staff responded quickly and moved us to another room where the amenities were in good working order, which we appreciated.
One downside was that we could hear trains throughout the night, which made it a little difficult to sleep. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with helpful staff, but the train noise may be something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

Travelling as a family, comfy room, sofa bed fine. Kitchen good, bathroom a little dated, but fine. Nice and clean, amenities as described and good aircon. Pool area nice, sheltered, pool warm. Breakfast was good, hot and cold options. Car park small and limited. Make sure you book in advance. 15min walk to Flinders St station and all surrounding cafes, shops etc. Had a high floor, room was quiet, good views. Staff all very pleasant. Would return.

Room was good bed excellent. Only downfall is the train station at the back, you can hear every train go bye. Noisy! But would stay there again as convenient to MCG and Rod Laver areas
