Not enough transportation instruction and inconvenient to get there.. Lack of lighting in the room, and the floor have some bloodstains.. Staffs are nice and willing to help

Nice Hotel with a good breakfast and environment. A free bus can take you to the Central Station area and Queen's Road Square. It is near a big park where you can relax

Room was clean, good access anywhere, worth the price.

Hotel was cleanish. There were weird black marks on the shower floor but since we’re only there for two nights, it didn’t seem worthwhile to make an issue of it. Staff seemed unavailable when we checked in and it seemed like we were an inconvenience. Parking is a night mare!! 25$ a day for a parking garage that has been pillars EVERYWHERE! You neeed to be so careful because it feels like you’re going to hit every curb.

Safe, clean and cosy. False evacuation alarm at 1:40am was very unpleasant though!

Decent gym and pool, good location, very friendly staff, room was comfy, and they have a restaurant on site which can be helpful. They offer parking on a first come first serve basis. My primary complaint was the very loud construction right outside my window (starting at 645 a.m.) ..But obviously wont last forever.

The room was very spacious with two double beds, a balcony, a large bathroom and plenty of storage/closet space. The large flatscreen TV was great and I could use the smart features to cast my shows from my tablet. Had a great nights sleep - would recommend this hotel to any travellers in Brisbane.

We returned to the room late on the 4th night to find the bed unmade, cups unwashed and the bathroom not cleaned. Received an apology on check out.

Great room in an excellent location.

Great room, very large balcony and being able to get a coffee in the lobby was life saving.

Unfortunately there are renovations occurring at the moment so not all amenities were available.

There was a building site next door that woke us up at 715am I rang the staff and they said there was nothing they could do
