What Guests Say About Their Stay

Jasmine

Clean room, cozy bed, two elevators were out of service & only the one with padded walls. The carpark is very tight to navigate. The check in process took quite a long time as there was only one staff member for a queue of 6+ guests. The room was nice. Parking for $25/night seemed excessive but it was handy. Overall, not a bad price for the rooms given it was divided between multiple friends.

Majorly overpriced, old and gross. This hotel has not been refurbished since the 70s and they are currently in the middle of extensive renovation with construction everywhere and noise of hammering early in the morning. The brochure lists a pool on level 1 which is an entire construction zone, dark and horror movie-ish, the pool is on Ground and is actually nice when you find it. The room was old, dirty carpets, bathroom not properly cleaned, other people's rubbish in the bin, robe was dirty, food service was cold (they did refund it when I didn't eat it), bathroom shelf broken, bedside lamp faulty, curtains didn't fully close, loud whining noise from some electrical. They did move me to another room which was better though no lock on balcony door and still a relic from the 70s that shows its age. The staff were nice enough but a bit ineffectual and there is little they can do about the place.
