The WiFi speed is very weak. It cannot support to browse general website or search travel information. Also, the water pressure is also weak in the bathroom. It makes the water temperature became very unstable.

Location is good and near CAT station. Very comfortable beds.

部屋はキングサイズ2つの部屋にしました。 家族の旅行用で1週間使用しました。 部屋の広さは問題ありませんが、アメニティが全然ないこと、朝食の種類が少なく毎日同じという点が残念でした。 仕事の出張で使うには値段的にも良いかもしれませんが、ホテル住まいを楽しむためにはあまりお勧めはしません。

Disappointing the restaurant wasn't open for dinner at night as other dining options nearby were limited. Location was good for CBD area & Elizabeth Quay.

Family of 4. The hotel has clearly been neglected. The room which was partially cleaned had someone’s underwear in a drawer and food crumbs in the corner. When reported the response was that they’d come and get the underwear. We had to prompt them to disinfect the area. Loose handrail in the bath. Cupboard panel missing in the wardrobe exposing the dirty air con vent area. Tv isn’t a smart tv. Alarm clock only allows the old old iPhone charge and no other charge options like most hotels of this status. The place needs a review and upgrading, or, lower prices to reflect the quality of stay.

Comfy bed. Clean enough. Amenities are good. Staff was helpful. Can I suggest informing customer of validating parking tickets before being stuck with a $26 car park fee at Wilson car park. I was not aware of that. I thought it was $8. Felt claustrophobic without being able to open the window. Dark and gloomy when we walked in, i would suggest having the curtains open.

客室は掃除が行き届いていない感じがした。部屋の数箇所に髪の毛、チョコ菓子m&m一粒落ちていました。 バスタブですが古くて黒カビが目立ち不潔な感じ。バスタブの中に手すりがありますが床面は滑りやすくとても危険。 タオル類も何度も洗濯した古びたものだったので少し気持ちが悪いし、顔を拭くのに抵抗がありました。

Room was clean and staff courteous. Convenient location, short walk to main areas.

Honestly no, the room was not clean. There was a soya sauce cap behind the curtain, what looked like cat/dog fur on the carpet and a burnt out globe in the bedside lamp. Whilst presentable, I'm not sure 4 star is where we should be for an Accor hotel.

Easy check in. Clean room. Had breakfast included with our stay. The first morning we had to wait 10 minutes as no one was at the dining room to let us in. Scrambled eggs were waterery, bacon was cold and sausages tasted awful. Definitely not worth what we paid for breakfast. Everything else was good though.

The amenities in the room was not acceptable there was no pressure the shower going hot and cold reception could of been a bit more welcoming

All good but shuld be little bit nicere give more love to the room .

My last stay at this hotel for 2025 and like all the previous visits everything was perfect. Look forward to being back here in 2026.

Thisxwas my fourty stay atvthis hotel in the past six weeks (this time for eight nights) and like all the previous visits everything went smoothly.

Sound proofing - double-glazed wiindows? I was on Level 8 and couldn’t get to sleep due to road works below. It seemed very loud.

The room was perfect as always and al the staff were very efficient answering any questions I had. I am away for one day then back at this hotel for a further eight night's which I am looking forward to.

Once again I had another great two night's stay at this hotel. Nothing is too much bother for all the staff here. From Crystal sorting out my room for this and two other stays I have upcoming in December to Camilla who was very helpful and friendly while serving at the bar. I even went out for the day and realised I had left my laptop charged in and phoned reception and spoke to a lady who was working on Saturday morning who arranged for Housekeeping to go and unplug it. This was very helpful as I was out all day and my laptop does get hot if left charging for too long. I look forward to my next five day stay starting tomorrow.
