Located in a covenient area, close to the CBD with restaurants within reaaonable walking distance.
The hotel has a nice ground floor bar and restaurant area set in amongst nice plants giving guests a feeling of privacy. A very relaxing area.
There is also a gym and pool for those wanting some exercise.
Our room was quite spacious and included all necessary facilities. However thw bathroom was relatively small and overall the room was gerting a bit tired, time for a refurbish.
The staff were friendly and efficient.

Beautiful indoor garden areas with plenty of sitting areas. Nice restaurant and bar with again different sitting areas for different moods. Very much enjoyed my stay here

Construction was going on above our room. No notice was given that we may experience noise. Construction began at 7am on Saturday & 7:25am Sunday morning. Jack hammers were extremely noisy and we could smell concrete dust through the vents in the bathroom. When we complained we were offered a free breakfast. A bit more consideration of guests should be a priority.

The spa suite was tired. The tv screens are slightly bigger than an iPad. The spa took a long time to fill. Shower had poor pressure.
Highlights were very good. Product was Eleven which is great quality and the bed was very comfortable. Elevators were prompt. Parking free and plenty available. Good for price.
