good location

first of all, the sink is quite hard to use, the tap is too close to the edge that water split everywhere. and there was no house keeping even we asked the lady to help and she said ok to come clean our room later. the worst thing is that, it was super noisy during night, we couldn’t sleep for whole night! there was a club or something nearby and the music does not stop till morning! we stayed up all night… the good thing is bed is soft and good to lay on. and hotel is very near southern cross station which is convenient to go to the airport

What a lovely Hotel! My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Staff were very, very nice annd helpful. Elevators were routinely out of action and quite warm. Lots of noise from outside on the street bleeding into the rooms.

Loved the hotel, staff were excellent and rooftop bar and pool a highlight. Pumping music all night Friday and Saturday from across the street not so much. Staff recommended booking a high floor and don’t face flinders lane is my only suggestion.

What stood out was I specifically stated I had an allergy to down and to not have any down pillows. Guess what yep a down pillow was on the bed. We checked in late so I put it in the closet. The next day, I handed it to the housekeeper and specifically stated no down pillows in the room. When we came back to the room that night, the down pillow was back again. This time I tossed it out into the hall and called the front desk. Secondly, there was a long bench at the end of the bed and the first night. I stumbled over it so we moved it to the side. Housekeeping moved it back to the end of the bed, not once but twice. We had to put a note on it to tell them not to put it back. Neither of those things should’ve happened. We did speak to the front desk and they were very apologetic, but at that point it was moot.

Fantastic hotel. I’ll be back.

Room was in good condition but daily cleaning of the room could have been a lot better. Cleaning of floor and especially the carpet. The making of the bed was poor in presentation. Sewage smells from the WC, although these were addressed.

I requested two double beds from Expedia. They said I only ordered one bed.. I was disappointed they didn’t have the room I paid for. They gave us one king bed.

The room was clean, staff were friendly and service was fast. Wish we got to utilise the amenities but unfortunately we didn’t have much free time.

The air conditioning in the room is difficult to adjust, there is poor lighting in the bathroom, and the cleaning needs improvement. On one of the days, they forgot to leave towels in the bathroom.

Towels weren’t replaced on the last day. Conditioner bottle in spot of soap/moisturizer at the bathroom sink. Staff were polite and courteous.

Very comfortable and stylish room, nice bathroom and quick lifts. Great position can walk to Skybus if you want to. Short walk to casino and Southbank restaurants. Flinders Lane also has many restaurants/cafes We loved our 4 day stay

Front desk, particularly Laura was excellent.

Room was clean, a bit dusty but overall good condition. Staff were excellent, welcoming and efficient. They were very responsive and helpful to have the room configured to how we had booked! Pool area could do with a clean and open the roof!!
