Long wait to use lifts as only one working.
Quilt had numerous stains on it.
Dissapointed in that we were there for a function at the hotel and that the bar closed before the function finished at 9pm

When I arrived at the hotel none welcomed me, they were just staring at me…
There was poor wifi at my room, second floor, and mention that to the reception but no solution. I had to check in for my flight at the lobby.
Also they don’t provide water. Cigarette butts at the balcony.

The hotel needs upgrading, everything is so worn out. The housekeeping is very bad. They only make the beds and not clean or vacuum the room at all. Very disappointed with this hotel. Will not stay here again

7 out of 10 - 3.5 stars.
We booked the hotel/room knowing there would be a balcony, but there was no seats or table provided for sitting out there.
Cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, but not perfect. Little bit dusty below furniture, grout in bathroom had faded away and needed regrouting.
Bathroom was considerably small and not much room for movements.
Foyer and shared spaces (bar, buffet breakfast) was tidy and nice decor.
Overall, it's a budget stay. Still not bad for what you pay for but minor changes would lift it from 7/10 to a 9/10.
