Phòng sạch sẽ. Nhà tắm và nhà vệ sinh chung sạch sẽ, hành lang yên tĩnh. Tầng trệt là quán bar nhưng hoàn toàn cách âm với phòng ngủ trên lầu. Nhân viên thân thiện, dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Nhân viên dọn phòng siêu dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Vị trí quá tuyệt. Great everything. My family is very happy. I will be here for next trips to Sydney if room is available, please

PS. 另外有一間大間的4人房，42號房（1雙人床+2單人床），房間大很多，有衛浴

客房有三張床，但見到我們三人入住臨時要收我們錢，沒有接待處的很不方便，要用熱水要開起碼十分鐘的花灑才有熱水供應實在太浪費水，唯一優點是位置方便

酒店地點在市中心，Wynyard火車站步行若5分鐘，非常方便，房間備有雪柜，熱水壼，微波爐，洗手設備，......很不錯，但自己要帶備牙刷及洗澡用品，雖然洗澡室及廁所在房外，但也方便的，牀是Queen size ，很舒服，附近有兩大超市，購買食品不成問題，地下是酒吧也是接待處，还可寄存行李

The location is very good, there is an elevator.
There is no check-in counter and you need to find a bartender.
The toilet always smells bad, the bathroom tends to accumulate water, the bus stop outside the room is very noisy at dawn, the windows are not soundproof, and the curtains that do not block out the light will wake you up.

Hotel is very handy to Wynyard train station,buses& light rail. It’s an old hotel- ensuite room needed a renovation/maintenace. Ie (worn carpet, leaking taps, etc).

We had Room #30. Right next to the old lift. One window overlooking York Street, no sound-proofing. As you'd expect barely slept with the internal (lift) and external noise. Bathroom was a shared affair, which was acceptable, given hardly anyone seemed to use it. The room's air conditioner was poor, blowing warm air even though set at 20oC. In fact the entire room got hotter as the night progressed making any chance at sleep even harder. Bottom line: you get what you pay for (and sometimes even less).

We have stayed at The Occidental before this is why we found ourselves back again .
This time we got the ensuite room .
Love this old pub , she has so much character and charm !
She won’t be everyone’s “ cup of tea” but she is ours .

The pub on the first floor was loud, but it was not a problem on the fourth floor where I stayed. My whole family could get a good stay at a very good price and a good drink at the pub. The traffic sound was a bit loud because the hotel is located in the center of the city.
